I've been going to this Tim Horton's for about 2 years off and on. I get the same thing every time, Mocha Ice Cappuccino with extra shot of chocolate and whip cream mixed in. They have always been very nice about making it this way with no problem. On Feb. 17 I ordered the same thing and was told they don't do that and showed obvious irritation when I surprisedly mentioned they have have always done it before. They (including manager) were adamant about not mixing in whip cream, that it can't be done. My life did not end of course but it was just weird and a really unpleasant experience so that I dont really want to go there again and deal with foolishness just for a drink.

Great place, great people! If they get you order correct. They don't use wax-paper on the donuts. So all the donuts stick together. You pull your donut from the bag or box and all the chocolate toppings gets left in the container. It's like buying a plane donut, but don't worry you can always lick the chocolate out of the bottom of the bag. Either way Tim saved that 1 cent on wax-paper.

So me and my friend went there and for one they got our whole order wrong we asked for everything bagle and gave us plan and and cheese bagel also we got Tim bits and we asked for chocolate and glaze and birthday and they gave us 2/3 of what we wanted and forgot a guys order when we were there

Shame on me for trying this place repeatedly. Burnt food and piss poor drinks. Like their employees put forth 0 effort or at least whoever has made my order the last 3 times. Your competition isn't perfect but ill be damn3d they at least put forth effort beyond what this place does.

They Shouldn’t be put in chocolate donuts in the little bags they need to be in a box where you can still have the chocolate on top of your doughnut when you get it

I went there around lunch and this was the worst service I have ever experienced to say the least. I walked in there and right off the bat it was chaos. We ordered and she had no clue what she was doing in the slightest and didn’t even know they served some food until we had told her. When we had finally ordered, we sat down to wait and there had been people there waiting there for 20 minutes and their food was put on the counter, but no one said who’s food was who’s so all of our food sat there for like ten minutes and it was cold by the time we got it. Then they didn’t give us our drinks or our donuts that came with our meal so we had to wait and we told them that we didn’t get anything else we ordered and some people behind us said that they have been waiting for like 30 minutes and all they got was a couple doughnuts and they hadn’t even gotten those. We ended up getting the rest of our stuff even before they did but they didn’t even make our coffee right. They tried telling us they were understaffed, but there were many people sitting around, just doing nothing and one lady who was working had her daughter and grandchildren come in and she sat and didn’t work and a worker had to tell her to get back to work. Safe to say we will NEVER come back.
