The nugs and fries were Luke warm...almost cold.
Every time my wife and I travel up north we stop at Cedar Springs Wendy's. ALWAYS hot food and good, but the service is the best no matter who we deal with. My hats off to the employees and the manager for hiring such good people. Very rare to find in fast food restaurants these days! Keep up the great work!

Parker was a FANTASTIC host and really helped our experience at this particular location. They gave us great advice on their menu favorites and provided quick and excellent service.
I asked for a receipt and ketchup when I paid. Was told the receipt would be on/in the bag. Also asked for ketchup when I was asked to pull ahead and wait. No ketchup no receipt. Asked the young man for both again.
I got 4 ketchup when I specifically asked for 10 paks and still no receipt
It is one of the best fast food restaurants you can visit. Especially this one has good service.
Bought two meals, both were cold.
Always good here. It's wendy's, and they get your order correct.

We love Wendy's breakfast. We wish they would serve the potato wedges all day long. This Wendy's was clean, well maintained, and quick with their service.

I open my bag I got door dash. I ripped the bag trying to get the stickers off. So I know it wasn’t the DoorDash. They forgot my large fry. Told me they have a smart system where they weigh the bag. And it said it was fine. Why can’t you look in the bag before you send it out? Told me to call DoorDash and say I was missing something. It clearly wasn’t door dash it was Wendy’s that forgot to put my $4 large fry in the damn bag. I’m not gonna make an issue with DoorDash for that driver to get a bad review for something the worker at Wendy had clearly done.
No point in placing a mobile order… You will still wait 10-15mins… Employees are almost nonexistent here…
As expected, service was great
Stop making the delivery orders as soon as you get them. It took 35 minutes for someone to accept my order (I understand door dash isn’t as popular here) so by the time the food made it to me, it’s all cold. It should be the same as using the drive thru, make the food when it’s ready for pick up!
