Ordered a Carmel cold brew today 1-12-26 and it genuinely taste like it was made with stale pond water by far the worst cold brew I’ve ever tasted you all need a health & safety inspection

I’m not usually one to get on here and bash businesses, but I had to share this experience. First, the woman taking my order (since the speaker was down) was extremely rude—so much so that even my daughter commented on it. I ordered burgers with only ketchup, yet they came with everything on them.
When I pulled up to get my food, I asked for ketchup packets. With two meals, I was given one packet. I asked for more, and when she came back, she said, “Next time I’ll have to charge you for these six ketchup packets.” Seriously? Over ketchup?
Between the rude attitude, incorrect order, and being warned about ketchup packets, this was a very disappointing experience and wont be comming back.

No taste at all, I feel like I just got frozen burger, bad thing that they can do that cause you driving and most likely will not leave bad review, but I made stop and want to tell you my worse experience! Don’t stop here. Saturday evening busy time, they have pre made cold burgers !

I ordered 4 frosty's & specifically asked if they had put spoons in the bag @ the drive-thru. They said yes they did, but after I drove off there were only 2 spoons. Very difficult to eat frosty's without a spoon.

I order bacon brk burrito and i got sausage brk burrito. I got there before my friends and whule I was waiting they had a work name Ryan that wasn't even on the clock walking around in the dining area and he followed me to the area i was sitting and then followed me to the area where the menu is and the whole time I was at Wendy's before he could clock in he kept staring at me. It was very creepy how he was followed me and kept staring at me.
Most friendliest, especially the manager plus he's funny, seems like good person, don't lose him, older guy but works hard

Absolutely horrible service and completely screwed up my order. I ordered through the Wendy's app, and both of the sandwiches were made wrong and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the food. When she brought them out she admitted she probably screwed up since she doesn't know what she's doing. Gee, thanks.

2 mobile orders, same vehicle. Was asked to pull forward. Brought us out one bag, I asked about the second order.. we were given another customers order AND THEY ASKED FOR IT BACK. I said to the employee.. I PUT MY HANDS IN THAT BAG AND IVE BEEN EATING THE FRIES. ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO GIVE THIS FOOD TO THEM. (the vehicle behind me) She said yes, and promptly took the bag back. As she walked away, I said to her.. So are you going to tell them I HAD MY HANDS IN THEIR BAG++ AND was eating there food?
She never even looked back, went back inside with the bag...
I'm shocked that they took back an order after I TOLD THEM I've been eating the fries out of the bag.
If a order is handled by another customer, AND they ate my fries.. no way in hell would I want that food. Idk what wrong with their heads-
AND I DONT THINK ILL BE RETURNING TO THIS WENDYS. GOD ONLY KNOW WHAT ELSE GOES ON IN THERE.
