The owners, April and Rob, are awesome. She took precious time out of her day to show me around and chat with me about coffee. They use high-quality Hyperion coffee, and, know how to brew it well. I have been in the coffee business for more than 6 years, and they do a great job! The family atmosphere of their shop is awesome, also lots of chatter while you sit down and enjoy your breakfast or lunch or catch up on work. I can't say enough good about the establishment and the people who work here. Congratulations to Cement City for having such a high-quality coffee shop right in their little town.

Informal, neighborhood coffee shop with great, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and homemade bakery goods. Fast wifi and informal atmosphere make this worth a special trip if you're looking for a quiet, friendly place either for yourself or with friends.

Took my teenage daughter here. Fun daddy daughter outing. Coffee was good. We ordered a bagel with avocado. The bagel came from lenders plastic bag and the avocado spread came from a plastic apple sauce container. They didn't have or offer any other seasoning on the avocado spread. (Frankly I'm not surprised it would be hard to stock fresh avocados when you might only sell one or two a week to weirdos like me.) But the dollar store bagel was inexcusable.
I want to love the place it really is charming... But the execution of avocado toast bagel was not good. Kind of a flavorless waste of 6 or 8 bucks. (I admit I am a food snob.)

I stopped in for the first time over the weekend. The service was great. The price point was great. The bagel was the best thing I've ever had. The ice chai latte was great. It could use some more chai, mine tasted too milky for my liking. But I think I'll just have to ask for extra next time. Will definitely be back!

This is a truly magical place! The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful, with a set up that encourages community and curling up with a good book. There's good music in the background, but soft enough to actually talk and work there. The food is delicious! I'm gluten-free and I had the best gf scone I have ever had there. The service is so friendly, kind and they go the extra mile to serve you. I can't say enough good things about this treasure of a coffee shop.
