Very dirty in inside , watched the guy grab my cash and cook the food immediately, no hand washing , Philly sub was so sorry , came back for chicken because nothing else was open in area, wings were very fatty and low quality , only good thing about this place is u get everything fast and hot , but everything I ordered didn’t really have a taste except the fries .

Placed order online through GrubHub. Arrived at the scheduled time and asked for my order. The person at the counter said they didn't have any orders and walked away to take an order at the counter. I then received a text from GrubHub saying my order was ready for pick up. I informed the person again and he said there were no orders and they I could place an order at the counter if I wanted. No attempt was made to verify the GrubHub notifications or take any other action to correct the problem. Terrible customer service. Will never eat there again and I let all of my coworkers know to avoid this place too.

The place has good chicken, but the service isn't good, and the place is dirty... I tried to give it another chance, because the wings are good, but I can't get over the dirtiness and how gross the pop machines are.

Unique! I highly recommend for carryout (via easy ordering by phone or a variety of online services)Service is fantastic. Staff are friendly and beyond helpful. Food is prepared fresh and quickly. I LOVE their style of boneless wings — many places do them like mini chicken fingers (heavily breaded) but this place prepares them like bone-in wings — minimal, if any, breading. And they're BIG. At so many wing places I feel like I'm getting ripped off paying a dollar or more for a single bite... not here.Their menu overstates the spiciness of their sauces - do not be alarmed by the number of peppers shown beside their sauces. Their "hot" is a medium at most, even by Midwestern standards. I don't normally care for Old Bay, but I really enjoyed their Hot Old Bay.The only downsides are their fries and their dining area. The fries might just not travel well — they're crinkle cut, seemed to be cooked through as usual, but were a bit soggy (can easily be blamed on travel) and a little flavorless. Their dining area... is sparse. And smelled heavily of some sort of cleaning solution. On one hand, that's probably good, I suspect the tables were clean. On the other hand, it overpowered the great smells their kitchen should have been giving off.
Ordered shrimp had to return it because all shrimp was not deveined and food was cold but the prices are reasonable but the food isn’t made right!

Not a bad option for chicken and fish in the area they're located. They don't have a ton of direct competition, so that definitely helps them. The burgers are also pretty good. They get you your order fast and fresh. Some items are a little pricey, but they are very friendly and polite.
The food is always wonderful, and the guys behind the counter work very hard. Some of the best wings and boneless chicken I've had in a minute, and you always get it fast.
Me and my wife ordered Philly steak subs, both had lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The lettuce on the bun first so it got nice and cold, then the cheese so it would not melt, then the meat...just meat no peppers no mushrooms that is not a Philly sub, it is a bad steak sub at best. The Boneless wings were huge chunks of cut up chicken breast and cooked so there was no juice in them. The shrimp tasted rubbery and like it was frozen. My mother in law got a hamburger and said it was lower quality at best. You need to take all of the signs down out front calling your food "The best" because it was substandard at best. Oh and just one more note, when I dine in, don't give me 20 carry out containers, also you can trust me to get my own napkins and Ketchup I promise I won't steal them. The only bright spot is that it was a lot of food for 40 bucks. That being said I ate there like 4 hours ago and my stomach still does not feel right. Oh and I don't know what all the reviews about cleanliness are about, It smelled really bad in there and compared to the restaurants I have worked in, I rated it as semi dirty.

The guy here at best buffalo wings is very friendly and very talented on that grill and in that fire. He's very friendly and very clean. His food is beyond delicious and every bite that my wife and I took had us wanting to go back for more. Please if you're reading this, go find out for yourself and take your family or your friends with you. I promise, you will not regret it.

I order 10 whole wings w/fries and 5 butterfly shrimp from this restaurant yesterday for the first time. The wings were tiny and looked old. There was no seasoning on the wings what so every. They were hard and taste like plastic and grease. The fries were crinkled also taste plain (no salt) The butterfly shrimp was surprisingly okay, not as crispy but but pretty good. Not sure if I would try them again.

Very good customer service!! Gentleman at the front which I think was the owner was very polite from the phone call when I placed the order up until I walked out with my food! And I was very satisfied with my meal! You have to try this place!
