Stay away from this ghetto nasty restaurant. Workers are rude at night, lazy and don’t care. When you drive up to the drive thru they’ll tell you only “DoorDash orders” if that’s the case I wouldn’t have left my house or close your drive thru down. Not even worth it to waste your time, and I don’t want any management coming on here telling me how sorry they are about the experience. Go fix your place and employees that’s why everyone complains from this place. It’s pathetic. I will be calling the health department on this establishment.

I would avoid this Checkers. I put in a Doordash order for lunch, and when I got to the restaurant, they claimed they never got it. I Showed them the order on my app, and they were very rude, refused to help me at all, even when I asked if they would just reset the device because they lag sometimes. They basically told me I was out of luck and to call Doordash. So I did, and Doordash told me the problem was entirely on Checkers end. Someone had seen the order, be cause someone had confirmed it, and when Doordash tried to call the restaurant, they refused to answer. I could see through the window that they weren't busy. I'm just appalled at this experience. I was looking forward to this lunch because I love checkers, but instead I'm going back to work hungry and disappointed. I've worked in fast food and I know ineptitude when I see. It. I'm reporting this store to corporate.Do better.

Worst service ever.. not only did I get parked, they left half of my order out of my bag, gave me attitude like it was my fault they can't do the only job they have.. no condiments in the bag that I asked for.. Horrible experience.. by the time I got what they left out the rest of my food was cold.. never again

I know full well the concept of fast food but it takes away from the experience when you have people who simply don't listen. The person that took the order needs a hearing test. My husband had to repeat himself several times. The order was still all wrong on everything except the drinks. We ordered three Big Buford combo's. Two without tomato and pickle and one without tomato and onion. I am deathly allergic to tomatoes and my husband hates onions and my sister just wanted her sandwich the way I had my sandwich made. Imagine our surprise to learn that all of the sandwiches had everything on them, the drinks were watered down which meant that the tanks needed changing. Heck the only saving grace was the fries! Of course we didn't discover the sandwich debacle until we got all the way home. So I won't be visiting that particular store anytime soon. Because I can't pay for an awful experience.
