Mr. Patel has absolutely the best Party Store I have ever been to. For it's size, the selection is fantastic. He even has toys for sale in case you are in a crunch and need a present.
But I didn't come here for the drink or toys but for the sandwiches I heard about. You can order sandwiches or build your own. But beware, they are huge and tasty.
If you are in the area, grab a great sandwich where the locals do. They order for pickup, you can to.

Not your typical neighborhood party store. They make sandwich and breakfast burritos that are AMAZING. And homemade cookies…The perfect grab and go (to the beach, picnic, a 4 hour drive home…). A friendly atmosphere, they all work together and treated us like friends. Highly recommend.

Been going for awhile now. Biggest issues I've faced is they don't always give you the food you order. When you call and tell them they will give you a gift card which is great. BUT they will tell you when you go in there is no gift card or anything and will keep saying no no no. Makes me question if I want to continue to give them my money...

DO NOT HAVE your UPS packages sent here for pick up! The owners cannot read and barely speak any English. I have had multiple packages disappear and have contacted ups they won’t do anything. One of my packages was a prescription. UPS told me it was delivered and advised me to wait for the ups driver to try to talk to them and they still denied having it.

As much as I like to support local businesses I wasn't happy that the "chips" on the side were 100% the bottom of the bag crumbles. You'd expect for what they charge the ENTIRE menu choice would be too notch.
