Fantastic as always! We live nearby and dine here 2-3 times per month. Kassie took great care of us and everything was delicious. The bistro steak is a favorite and so is their pizza (in addition to the shrimp!) Don't skip the homemade cheesecake - we always get some to go for dessert at home.

Having always wanted to try this place no could never get a reservation..got one finally. It is a very nice restaurant..casual. The food was awesome. I had the rib eye with mushrooms and bourdeille sauce...oh my was it yummy. Cooked to perfection. My husband and our guest had the shrimp. Half steamed half fried. The loved them both but agreed the steamed was better..but both were very good. Took home a cookies and cream cheesecake..was great. Our server Patti was great. Friendly and all around a great server. Very knowledgeable of the menu. Would definately return.

Our waitress was outstanding, food was wonderful and as usual our expectations exceeded. The Argonne House is one of our favorite and their shrimp specials on Thursday evenings are delicious!

A sister’s night out at the Argonne was a huge success. The food was phenomenal and so very flavorful! Our waitress was Kassie. She was so knowledgeable about the menu, made great suggestions and was very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere had a calming and comfortable ambiance. First off, the food was excellent. My pizza was perfect, and my wife’s walleye was amazing.
My main complaint is, a fifteen-top was seated next to us shortly after we ordered, and our server took their table as well, and after our food came we never saw our server again. She never checked to see if the food was okay, or if we needed refills. We were thankfully able to get someone to get our bill more than twenty minutes after we finished eating.
TL;DR. Food was great, service was not.

We had a group of six with no reservations and advised our wait would be 35 minutes. We stood at the front door waiting for our turn to be seated. We waited 50 minutes and finally asked the receptionist how much longer and saw she had drawn a line through our name; they had prepared an outside table but never sat us. Was our group of SIX invisible standing 5 feet from the receptionist???? Food was good.

From the time reservations were made, confirmations requested, friendly arrival, quick seating, delightful ambiance, great service with attention to detail, fabulous and delicious entrees, including marvelous dessert, and ease of paying our bill; our evening could not have been better or more enjoyable.
Our server Chelsea was a joy. She answered questions and helped us with our choices. We had the filet and whitefish. The food was amazing. I want to try other options when I go back , but it will be hard not to reorder the filet.

What a great place to celebrate a birthday! Wonderful dinner served by a friendly and competent staff. Liz (behind the bar) makes an awesome hummer! Free birthday desert was unexpected but much appreciated!

Food was great with great presentation that you would expect at a nicer restaurant. The tables are set with real table clothes which give a more elegant dining experience. The staff was super busy but our waitress filled all our needs when needed.
