Bought a hot caramel marvel today. Comparing it to Starbucks and other companies. It just tasted like bitter old coffee. Could not taste any caramel and have no interest in going back. Threw it in the garbage can.

This place is great! All their bagel sandwiches were fantastic and the coffee was flavorful while being much less expensove than starbucks.
I absolutely love Charlevoix Biggby! The service has never been anything less than stellar. Staff is always kind and friendly, and drinks are made consistently.

Ok the new mango lemonade matcha drink omg I got it today an I hope they keep that on the menu. I love it.. You get all the flavors every sip. Please keep this drink on the menu. Love new drinks

I go on BOGO Wednesdays. I order a tea, I don’t drink coffee, so I never know what to order for my friends. They are very good at explaining all the options to me! The thing I like the MOST, is they KNOW I don’t like strong tea, I don’t even have to ask them to remove the tea bag anymore! They also put the cream cheese ON the bagel. I’ve been to other stores and they give you one tiny little tub of cream cheese in the bag….in a drive through. I will not stop at that store again (traverse city)
