I have had this experience here before. Seven employees in the front area. Four having a personal conversation, three with their backs to the counter waiting on one order, and I'm waiting in line with ONE register open. Customer service takes a back seat here to local gossip and indifference, and it has been like this since they came to town 4-5 years ago. Complaining about it has changed nothing.

Every time. I mean every single time. I go to this culver's and they don't give me the food I ordered. Either they get my order wrong or there is food missing from my order when I get home. The prices seem outrageous anymore but I'd be fine paying it I guess.. If they give me the food I payed for! I'm sick of having to go back into the store when I see food missing or worse just put up with getting STOLEN from because I forgot to check the bag on my way out, although they should be making sure they're sending out the right order in the first place! The shakes are good and the cheese curds are addicting but always make me feel sick after eating a portion of them. The burgers have gone so far downhill from what I remember them being years and years ago. The burger I TRIED eating tonight was so sloppily assembled and terribly cooked that I couldn't take more than a few bites without feeling sick to my stomach mostly because of how much I payed for that garbage! Please don't go to this place unless you want some serious disappointment for dinner or you want to be straight up stolen from when you pay for three items and only receive two. Thank you for reading my rant :)

Every interaction was pleasant and positive. Fish dinner was superb. Plenty of tartar sauce which is rare for most places with fish. Everything we ordered was hot and delicious.

Dear Culver. Tonight I ordered a SINGLE butter burger at the drive through. When I got home and opened my bag I realized that I had a double burger instead of the single that I ordered. This is a common carry out issue. When I have complained in the past I was told that your system does this automatically. If they know this then it should be corrected before it gets to me or fixed permanently
Shout out to Amanda, Duke and Gail and the runner rowen you guys were so busy and we waited about five minutes. Our food was fresh hot and delicious everyone around us was saying the same thing as busy as you guys were in a shorthanded as you guys were. God bless you God bless you.
Ordered 2 piece cod dinner, no roll or butter, along with grilled chicken sandwich basket, large and a large drink for the fish meal, came up to $29.65 got the meal and it was for the fish meal just a 2 piece cod, looked at the receipt and found that the cashier must have miss heard and charged me for just the 2 piece fish, ridiculous price which should have been the meal, also when we do get the roll and butter (roll is always cold and butter solid and cold also), why is it so hard to get a warm roll and soft butter, people don't want cold rolls
