I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Monica at Culver’s, and let me just say, she is a true gem! From the moment we walked in, her warm smile and bubbly personality lit up the entire place. You can tell she genuinely loves her job, and it makes the whole dining experience so much better.
What really stood out was how wonderfully she interacted with the children in our group. She was so kind and patient, taking the time to make them feel special, even cracking a few jokes that had them giggling the entire time. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much joy and positivity to their work, and Monica does it effortlessly.
The food was great, but Monica’s cheerful attitude and outstanding customer service are what will keep us coming back. Culver’s is lucky to have her! If you’re stopping by, I hope you get the chance to meet her—you’ll leave with a smile on your face for sure. Also huge shout out to Susie!

They raised the price of this scoop of ice-cream and served a much smaller amount. The ice-cream used to come over the top of the cone. Very disappointing.

They had asked for my name, I gave it and they put the number on my car. They still somehow switched it & I had asked for a deluxe burger but it just had pickle and onion. It was super good though
