Had lunch there yesterday. Should have avoided as it’s a tourist spot for sure. French dip was not good. BLT was ok. Waitress was pretty bad. Not pleasant at all, and never checked on us after receiving our food. Was grumpy at checkout too. Young lady must of have been having a bad day. Must be better places in the beautiful city.

I have been frequenting this establishment as a visitor for years and have always found the food and service to be wonderful. I moved here full time recently. Today I walked in for a carryout order. I watched as an elderly patron, clearly a long time regular with memory issues, came to the counter asking for help to remember her regular order. Multiple members of the staff, particularly Lisa, immediately came to her assistance to make sure she felt safe and cared for. Lisa spoke to, and treated her, with dignity and grace. It was very sweet and wonderful to see.

They don't allow children in prams despite plenty of space (was mostly empty anyway). Not sure they'd allow disabled person in a wheelchair.
Edit (response): wheelchairs take exactly the same space as strollers. They presumably are a safety concern too, but fortunately I didn't have to test it. Also, small babies do not sit and cannot be sat at the table. They basically do not allow babies who cannot sit, which is up to about 6 months of age. Anyway, we were not allowed, hence a firm 1*
Being a vegetarian, I went here after finding the sweet potato quinoa burger on the menu. I got a to go order and customized it to make it a little hot and added jalapenos. Got more than I bargained for!!!! Not only was the burger one of THE most delicious veggie burgers I have ever had, but the folks were also extremely kind and pleasant. They even handed out a bottle opener to take it with me for my soda and gave an extra bag of chips. I wanted to go back the next day again for the burger but sadly they were closed on Sunday, and we were leaving town on Monday. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful meal and experience over the summer when we visited Michigan. Sounds like we came on a festival weekend though so the staff were quite busy. Wonderful food, great place! Loved my sandwich. Had my two kiddos with me and had a decent kids meal! Just sad I didn’t get a chance to check out their merchandise!
