Went in tonight around 7 with a reservation on the bar side. Arrived just before 7 and the hostess sent us over the bar. When we went to the only open table the bartender screamed at me and my husband! Embarrassing both of us. She said that table could t be used because they were setting up karaoke Didn’t try to find an alternate for us. We walked out I’ll never go back to this place. Awful experience

Celebrated our wedding rehearsal dinner here this weekend and had a blast. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere for the night before our big day in CVX.

Went there with a group of people and all of us ended up with food poison. 5 of us ate the same thing and all were miserable.

Place is a little dark in dinning room. Bar area was bright. Decor was was warm and welcoming. We had the salad bar which was fresh and amazing. Plenty of choices. They make all thier dressings. Which were very good. Fiancé also had thier special which for Thursday was comfort food. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with broccoli. He said the meatloaf was ok the mashed potatoes were cold. We also shared pretzel bites which were very good. I have to say the star 🌟 goes to our waitress Colleen. She was very friendly and helpful . Never rushed us after our 4 hour car ride. She even gave us info on all the grat places to site see and other restaurants to try. I would definitely go back. Ask for Colleen you won't be disappointed!

It took a very long time to get our food, but the kitchen was backed up due to a large party. The waitress was very nice and the food was good. One suggestion is to make a bigger bathroom (there's only 1 stall) and add a baby changing table.

Waited and waited finally left. Couldn't get waited on.

We were in Charlevoix overnight and stopped here for dinner. The Rueben and Onion rings were excellent! Wonderful friendly service. We will stop here again.

We popped in after a swim at the Charlevoix community pool and the staff was more than willing to push a couple of tables together for our larger group. The food was delightful, the customer service wonderful, and the restaurant clean and tidy. I enjoyed the salad bar and it was fresh, cold, and crisp. The kiddos loved their pizza ( French bread style), fancy chocolate milk, and the dirt cup ice cream, with possibly the best gummy worm I’ve ever tried, was a HUGE success. Thank you!

Vegetarian options: I had the salad bar and it was really nice. Full of fresh, crisp, local veggies.

Parking: Medium sized lot just off that main road.

Kid-friendliness: They were very kid friendly, the kids loved the pizza (French bread style), Chocolate milk was very popular, and the dirt cup ice cream was a HUGE success.

We are sad about what happened during our recent visit, when it seemed that everything that could go wrong, did. It was our 1st visit there and we had to leave before we could get to that delicious looking food that arrived at the table next to us. They were quite understanding, and I will definitely be revisiting this rustically beautiful place to eat.
