Fun stop with great ice cream — we tried the lemon sorbetto, marshmallow s’more, and Charlevoix Mud, all delicious! Cool to watch fresh fudge being made even late at night. A bit pricey at $8 for a regular (would’ve expected closer to $5).

The toasted coconut is a must try! Along with the charlevoix mud. Definitely will be back when in town!

Incredibly small scoops of ice cream. Didn’t even fill a waffle cone. $8.11 for a very tiny scoop

Always a good experience.

Just stopped by with my family tonight for dessert and the employee said I was not allowed to order a milkshake at that time. If you want a milkshake here I recommend calling ahead to ask if milkshakes are able to be made at that time.

Popped into the Charlevoix Kilwins and had the best experience chatting with Dave, the owner. He had been making fudge in the window, and it smelled so good. He cares about the quality of his product & customer service is SO important to him. I highly recommend this Kilwins location due to these factors alone. Not to mention, the fudge is incredible and the large variety of treats appeals to everyone in the family! We will be back.

Stopped by Kilwins in Charlevoix and had a great experience! Tanya helped me and she was super nice—really friendly and welcoming. They have an amazing selection of chocolates and ice cream, and the smell of the freshly made waffle cones was irresistible. The waffles were warm, crisp, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in town and craving something sweet!

I live about fifty minutes from Charlevoix and enjoy visiting this charming town in the summer months for the great outdoors, but in the winter it's pretty special too. On a cold December evening I walked into Kilwins on Bridge Street in Charlevoix and was enchanted at how lovely it was decorated for Christmas. The staff was so welcoming and kind. I felt like I was inside a magical Christmas movie. Fudge was being made in-house and there were so many mouth-watering treats to choose from. I opted for the hot chocolate and it was truly one of the best hot chocolates I had in my entire life. So rich, and tasty with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top. It was truly awesome. Two weeks later I bought a whole package of the legendary hot chocolate so I could make it for my boyfriend and myself and we finished that off pretty quickly because it's just so amazing. A visit to this particular Kilwins will brighten your day. It's truly wonderful.

This guy knows how to make the BEST fudge. Some people go through the motions of making fudge, this guy has a passion to be the best. His chocolate salted caramel fudge is incredible. He makes sure that every batch is rich and creamy. SO GOOD!

As an added grab an apple on the way out. You'll thank me later.

I've never had fudge as good as Dave's. The staff are some of the nicest people. Store smells so good and everything is always clean and well presented!
