The food is good and what you would expect from MacDonalds; however, if you go there through the work week (especially mornings) you will see that they have a well-oiled machine. The staff are friendly, courteous, efficient, and eager to please. I would guess your average wait time in their drive-through line is 5 - 7 min. max. Their "A Team" in the mornings is great!
At the risk of outting myself for being naughty and eating fast food, I feel obliged to give this establishment 5 stars for outstanding customer service, akin to a non fast food restaurant. Visiting Charlevoix on business in October, all of the local restaurants downtown were closed- some due to staffing shortages- we ended up at McDonalds with a surprisingly great experience.
