This is a small place that packs the food. Spent $40 for two. Smoked half chicken, ribs and brisket. Creamy coleslaw and waffle fries. Had our own drinks. Places to sit outside. Very good meal. Lot's of left overs ♥️ Food was tender and tasty 😋

I've had BBQ from Mi.to bama, Carolinas, Texas, Memphis 44 different states. The Brisket was good. The Ribs & pulled pork decent, mild smoked flavor. The chicken I think was steam/roasted no hint of BBQ or smoke flavor. The baked beans taste like ketchup, the potato salad and coleslaw were bland and watered down flavored. There was no excitement or mouth watering moments eating any of this food. An excellent BBQ can make a regular side salad taste like a masterpiece meal. Unfortunately that doesn't happen with Pigs eatin Ribs. Nobody asked for seconds, and several didn't even finish their plate. I'm not really sure where the influence of BBQ came from at this place. It's not vinegar based enough for Carolina style, not sweet enough for Southern, and not spicy (hot) enough for Texan.
I guess that disappointment was what they served best.

I got a 2 meat platter with the roasted corn slaw and a salad. It was absolutely amazing! My 2 meats were half a chicken and brisket, and both were on point! I will absolutely be coming back! Amazing BBQ!

Great ribs and wonderful lady serving us. We needed to take back our order to a local hotel and she provided all the utensils, etc. Wish they had inside seating but it would cost more. Reasonable pricing compared to local touristy places.

I want to love this place, I really do. The food is pretty good and that’s what keeps us coming back but the last two times we’ve ordered something it was missing something. The first time the Cobb salad came without the bacon and the second time our kids meal came without applesauce. We get it to go and live 25 minutes away which is kind of a bummer to find out when you get home and there’s really nothing that can be fixed. So I would just recommend checking your food thoroughly before leaving when picking up to make sure everything is there.

Beans are inedible, Mac and cheese was fine and the ribs were not worth the calories. BBQ sauce was terrible. Sorry.

Stopped into Pigs Eatin' Ribs and had the BBQ brisket sandwich with cornbread — both were absolutely fantastic. The brisket was tender, full of flavor, and piled high, and the cornbread was the perfect side (just don’t tell my grandmother it was better than hers!). You can really taste the difference in their slow-smoked barbecue.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has that great hometown vibe. Easily the best BBQ in Northern Michigan.

I ordered two Big Pigs, pulled pork and a brisket, for my father's celebration of life. My father was a BBQ kind of man. He would have been proud. The brisket was so very tender and melted in your mouth. The pulled pork cooked just right. The sauces and sides were full of flavor. My family devoured the potato salad! The communication from Jill was excellent and friendly. I made the arrangements 8 months in advance, and not once was there a problem. They're reliable AND tastey!
Pigs Eatin’ Ribs catered my wedding and the food was amazing, the staff was very kind, and I highly recommend everything. Especially the Mac and cheese.

Our experience was very good here. Nice people making some damn good BBQ! Sliced Brisket was awesome, and the double stack brisket burger with pulled pork was ridiculous. Chips are crunchy and tasty. Great find on our little road trip. 👏
