restaurant you go to to get food poisoning. chicken wings that make you throw up for hours. don’t go here unless you want food poisoning. horrible place. you walk in and are immediately hit with the scent of old grease and shitty pizza. kitchen looks apocalyptic. i know it’s one of the only pizza places in town, but would you rather be projectile vomiting or eat frozen pizza. food tastes like shit by the way….

This Pizza Hut is a blast from the past in the best way possible. Our server Sarah made sure our drinks were refilled, our food was to our liking, and made the overall experience really welcoming. The stuffed crust pizza was just like we remembered from when we were kids. And the salad bar was pretty great too. Would come here again. Thanks Sarah and crew.

I love this Pizza Hut! I also work here as a cook! I love my job, there is nothing I like better than to spend my day at work making pizzas. I have the greatest manager, she gives me the hours I want and she treats me with respect. My coworkers are awesome too. If you come to Charlevoix or if you are just passing through, Pizza Hut is the place you want to come eat. It’s one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of working at. All the food is cooked to perfection and we have the greatest servers out there. Come enjoy some pizza! 😎
Our server Christopher was very nice and welcoming. He was quick with our drinks and food! We were in and out within an hour. We were not rushed which I love. He made sure we were satisfied with our food and if there was anything we needed. Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and an even better go to if it’s a dine it classic Pizza Hut. The store was very very clean and food products were fresh. The bathrooms could use a little better of a cleaning but overall very satisfied with our lunch!

Drove over an hour to get here to experience a classic Pizza Hut. Held the kids off on dinner. Peak tourist season in early August. Walked up with family to find a paper taped to door that dine in closed due to short staff. We stepped inside where takeout was being processed. My wife asked for confirmation that dine in was indeed closed and in the process of affirming the staff member responded in an agitated, condescending tone. Obviously would not recommend this place for any service.

Don’t order from here. We Ordered a stuffed crust pizza through them and 2 other pizzas, wings, Breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. . They did not have any stuffed crust available . Instead of calling me and amending the order. They just did not make anything to replace the stuffed crust meat lovers. Then told me it was my problem and would not refund the money to me. When I asked to talk to the manager to get a refund or different pizza to cover the cost of the missing pizza. I was cussed out and then they threatened to call the cops on me. I left without a pizza and a refund. Very disappointed this is how they treat their customers. I will not be spending my money here from now on.

Garlic cheese sticks were delicious. Definitely recommend them. The OG stuff crust was on point. Cooked to perfection. Wait staff was super nice and very responsive. At 4:30pm on Saturday they were not very busy. Hopefully this review helps their business. Clean restaurant and great pizza!! Thank you PH!!

Main things that brings down the rating is the service. It's VERY hit or miss. It depends on your server. I've had phenomenal experiences here as well as experiences where I end up leaving without ordering because the service was so bad. If service wasn't so wishy washy when I go there, I could give a better review.
