I love this Pizza Hut! I also work here as a cook! I love my job, there is nothing I like better than to spend my day at work making pizzas. I have the greatest manager, she gives me the hours I want and she treats me with respect. My coworkers are awesome too. If you come to Charlevoix or if you are just passing through, Pizza Hut is the place you want to come eat. It’s one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of working at. All the food is cooked to perfection and we have the greatest servers out there. Come enjoy some pizza! 😎
Our server Christopher was very nice and welcoming. He was quick with our drinks and food! We were in and out within an hour. We were not rushed which I love. He made sure we were satisfied with our food and if there was anything we needed. Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and an even better go to if it’s a dine it classic Pizza Hut. The store was very very clean and food products were fresh. The bathrooms could use a little better of a cleaning but overall very satisfied with our lunch!

Drove over an hour to get here to experience a classic Pizza Hut. Held the kids off on dinner. Peak tourist season in early August. Walked up with family to find a paper taped to door that dine in closed due to short staff. We stepped inside where takeout was being processed. My wife asked for confirmation that dine in was indeed closed and in the process of affirming the staff member responded in an agitated, condescending tone. Obviously would not recommend this place for any service.

Don’t order from here. We Ordered a stuffed crust pizza through them and 2 other pizzas, wings, Breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. . They did not have any stuffed crust available . Instead of calling me and amending the order. They just did not make anything to replace the stuffed crust meat lovers. Then told me it was my problem and would not refund the money to me. When I asked to talk to the manager to get a refund or different pizza to cover the cost of the missing pizza. I was cussed out and then they threatened to call the cops on me. I left without a pizza and a refund. Very disappointed this is how they treat their customers. I will not be spending my money here from now on.

Garlic cheese sticks were delicious. Definitely recommend them. The OG stuff crust was on point. Cooked to perfection. Wait staff was super nice and very responsive. Main things that brings down the rating is the service. It's VERY hit or miss. It depends on your server. I've had phenomenal experiences here as well as experiences where I end up leaving without ordering because the service was so bad. If service wasn't so wishy washy when I go there, I could give a better review.
Separate from the service, I have always enjoyed the food when I got it.

I am a person who, from childhood to eating pizza hot, personality is one of the best pizzas in the entire American continent. But I was surprised that they close before 9:30pm in this place, although here it says that they close at 10pm, the attitude of the lady name is Theresa who is taking the order was very unprofessional and rude, as if she were bothering to take orders and her work. And also at 9:25pm I heard that the phone to take orders was not answered because the decision of Theresa is, we no longer took orders because we will not be able to leave at 10pm, when the cervice is supposed to close at 10pm. I do not care so much about the time they close at this moment, but about the activity of the lady.

My family went to dinner here last night ~ it’s about 45 min away from our cottage & we’ve been wanting to get this pizza for quite some time & never made the trip ~ we arrive to find out that dining room was closed :( we couldn’t believe it because of course we checked the hours before heading there ~( they're short staffed at the moment ) the server had a change of heart & decided he’d stay , I felt so badly about that but also felt bad because our grandson was with us and wanted to try the amazing PIZZA HUT pizza that me and his grandpa went on & on about , so we were very grateful to the server . The pizza WAS amazing and exactly what i remember & this rarely happens ! The entire place was a step back in time and brought back such nice memories for our son as well that was with us . This is an absolute MUST if you grew up on Pizza Hut 80-90’s era , you’ll be quite pleased with the food ( seriously the same ) the clean restaurant with the old fashioned vibe & obviously the service is wonderful & dedicated. We ordered way more food than we ever could eat ~ but wanted to freeze some & I’m happy we overspent there . ( 3 large , 2 breadsticks ) I hope this place stays in business because it’s a lost gem everywhere else . We’re going to come back more often;)

Went here the other day and had an amazing time. Pizza was the best pizza I had in a long time. The service was so amazing and friendly. The salad bar was stocked and didn't seem old at all. We will be going here a lot more.
