Highly recommended…to the point that we ate there before heading to Beaver Island…and then again after we returned. First visit: the pulled pork omelet; the second visit: the smoked brisket hash.
Portions are large; the staff is friendly and responsive.

Refused service based on a service dog. Not emotional support. Not a pet. A legal service dog performing a service. She said “we have a sign on our fridge explaining our rights.” Let me explain to you how the ADA works.
“Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you’re allowed to bring a service dog into any restaurant, including areas where food is served. The service dog must be trained to perform tasks directly related to your disability. Restaurants can’t refuse entry to your service dog, but they can ask two questions: (1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? (2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? They can’t ask for documentation or proof of training.”

We are from Louisiana and we love great food. We found it here!! Great service. Delicious food. We were headed to the airport after our vacation and found this lil spot. Our waitress. DEVIN, was sweet and did her job gracefully. The drunken French toast AMAZING, the brisket was tender. Bacon cooked to perfection. If life allows, we will definitely eat here if we are in this area again. Just can't say enough how much we enjoyed it. Thanks again yall!!!
We took a road trip (3 hours) to have lunch here lol. It was great!! We got the wild mushroom sliders. The service was excellent, they smiled and were very friendly. You will be glad you went for sure!!!

EVERTHING is homemade! Even the ketchup! The Reuben, brisket bene, biscuits and pulled pork hash was off the charts! The hashbrowns are freshly grated from REAL potatoes, seriously the best meal I've had in 10 years! Thankyou too Devon our waitress who was attentive, kind made out visit extra special.
Some of the best people I've met in Michigan the owners are great and the staff are kind
