Both Google and your website says your open until 9:30 I drive to the store get there at 8:30 and your closed I can see a worker in the store and all he did was give me a dumb look.

Ordered ahead in app to save time on lunch break. Stood there while people walked in ordered, got their sandwich made and walked out. Finally I stood in line and blocked people so they would make my damn sandwiches

I don’t tend to have issues with this subway. I order from her often but it is truly sad how careless and rude some of these employees can be. I ordered online and never received a its ready message when I go in it looks like it’s been sitting there for a minute along with other orders. There was no chips in either bags, no drink, no napkins and when I asked the cashier about this I was met with attitude. I was the only person in the building there is no reason there should be mistakes made. If you’re busy absolutely but I truly thought this working was rude and seems that she doesn’t care about her job.

Very disappointing and obvious shrinkflation. Flat sandwich with sparse toppings- pretty sure half the meat from previous years at Subway. Lettuce was anemic looking. The newly remodeled decor was kind of like a morgue feeling. Sterile hard surfaces. People on night of May 6th were super friendly and nice- the highlight of the place!

Justin had a pissy attitude and damn near squirted an entire bottle of mayonnaise on my sandwich. Which is upsetting because my wife and I dine there at least twice a week. Everyone there knows us, but for some reason Justin had a terrible attitude towards us! Thank goodness for Michelle! She is the best! Always very sweet and accommodating!

The new modernist design is so cold and bright, it actually hurts my eyes when I'm inside. It's so much grey and white. I liked the warm colorful atmosphere before. I just take my food to-go now, my eyes can't handle it lol. The removal of the rope line and the vending machine in front of the window are also weird changes.

Service is and has always been good, for years and years. Food is excellent and is great value for the money compared to other fast food places in town.

We came in for a party platter and the young gentleman up at the front counter was wonderful! (Keith, I believe) Instead of just saying "I haven't learned this yet" or something like that, he took the time to connect with his boss for more info on how to do catering orders and he helped us the same night! Keith did a great job of giving us information about the different catering and party platters that subway offers. Keith said he was new, but he still did an amazing job helping us and was extremely professional, patient, kind and friendly! Very obvious to us that he is a fast learner and good at his job! He even talked us into a yummy sub-sandwich after we placed our catering order!? Below is a picture of the delicious build your own sandwich he made me, packed full of healthy and delicious meat and veggies! Keith is the perfect employee to model the values and good food of the Subway company! His managers should be proud!

I just spend 50 dollars on 3 ft longs. I called the store to let them know that they hadn't made two of our sandwiches right. All of the sandwiches had cold meat on them after being toasted and two didn't have the extra ingredients we paid extra for. Upon calling the store I was told by the gentlemen who answered that he made two of the sandwiches (that had been made wrong) and he made them right. I asked for a refund on the missing items and after speaking with his manager I was informed I would have to bring my sandwiches in to proof they were made wrong before I could get the refund. This is the third time we have ordered from the charlevoix store and have not been satisfied with the food. Spend the extra gas money and go to Boyne City's subway that's where its at. Never in my life have I had to bring my food in to proof it was made wrong. For what, so I can waste more time and not be able to eat dinner with my family. All I wanted back was a total of 4 dollars. Just the extras I didn't receive. Do better.
