There's a reason this place is so busy in the summer. The food really is great and it's hard to beat for a waterside restaurant. I only wish there were some indoor tables or just more tables in general. It's a good problem to have, though, being a well-frequented establishment.
We had the best experience! My friends and I won a boat outing and came here beforehand to get picked up on the dock. Our bartender offered to let us leave our leftovers with them and stored them in the cooler for us so they stayed fresh. The food and drinks were all amazing!
As soon as my family pulled up to the restaurant, I remembered picking a prize out of the treasure chest as a kid. Over a decade later, the place has grown from a casual shack to a full-menu restaurant and bar with merch and a wonderful atmosphere. Our wait was reasonable for a summer afternoon and the highlight of our visit was a pretzel bigger than anybody's head and mocktails for the kids.
