Great location in downtown Charlevoix. The patio is a great spot to hang out and watch the boats cruise through the channel. I had a nice Old Fashioned.

Found the bartender Valerie Whaley to be one of the most impersonal, arrogant, and inattentive bartenders. Poor service aside, she lacked basic hygiene and may have had a few cocktails while on duty by the way she was acting. We won't be back anytime soon when she's on duty. Please at least wear deodorant and wash underneath your fingernails. A little what you would call hoochie cleanliness might not be a bad idea either. Try Lumie I heard it works great for those kinds of odors or flushable wipes.

As bikers that travel we love to seek out new places. The atmosphere and deck were so beautiful and the appetizers great, however, our waitress Val was so unfriendly and ruined our entire experience. I would recommend calling ahead to be sure this Val is not working and your experience will probably be way better.

Had a great time; good drinks and a great location. I was disappointed that each of us were charged 6$ for a split bill without any notification that was their policy until our bill came through. I honestly don't mind doing this, but please inform your customers of your policy before charges are incurred. Maybe next time you'll not lose customer service due to unclear charges.
