They did our company lunch. The burger was raw. He told one of the employees it was medium well. No dude it was raw. In the heat I hope no one gets sick. He didn’t even offer to make it right.
Served me and everybody else raw hamburgers... It was catered to our work.According to the USDA, ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to kill harmful bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria, which can cause foodborne illnesses. These bacteria can lead to symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever.
Why it's not safe:
Harmful bacteria:
Undercooked ground beef can harbor bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria.
Foodborne illness:
These bacteria can cause foodborne illnesses with symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever, as noted by NDTV.
Risks to vulnerable populations:
Children and the elderly are especially vulnerable to the risks associated with consuming undercooked ground beef.
How to ensure safety:
Use a food thermometer:
The most reliable way to ensure your burger is cooked thoroughly is to use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature.
Cook to 160°F (71°C):
Cook ground beef to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to kill harmful bacteria, according to the USDA.
Don't rely on color:
Ground beef can turn brown before it reaches a safe temperature, so don't rely on color alone to determine doneness.
Stay away food not cooked had to throw mine away
Met these fellas at the Hot Air Jubilee. We fell in love with their food! They made the event with our kids extra great! Thank you so much!🥰
Awesome olive burger! cooked to perfection!!
HOLY COW! My boyfriend and I just had the holy cow Burger and the loaded fries with pork. From start to finish it was awesome! The lady at the counter welcomed us and happily took our order while the gentlemen at the grill whipped up a great lunch. The holy cow burger was cooked to perfection with the meat being tender. The pork that topped it was melt in your mouth all complimented by a soft bun and sweet tangy barbecue sauce that didn't overpower the burger. The fries were crispy and the pork that topped them was again buttery and melt in your mouth with the sauce again complimenting them Portions were large and fair So thank you to Two guys & a Grill for not only providing an excellent lunch but excellent service and being in the hospitality industry rain or shine. It was the highlight of our Uncle John's trip.
We just had 2 Guys & Grill BBQ at Uncle John’s Cider Mill. We got rained out and to eat in our car, but the food was amazing and kept the fun alive. We had the Holy Cow burger (brisket) and loaded fries with pork. The meat was smoked to perfection. Don’t miss a chance to try it.
They catered our son’s wedding and the food was amazing along with the servers. So great to work with.
DISCLAIMER: I’ve never had the food from 2 Guys and a Grill; however, I did try and hire them for a catering job and was very disappointed. I spoke with, who I assume was the owner, on a Friday and was told that they would call me Monday with a quote. Monday came, no call. I called back Tuesday and left a message, no call back. Later in the week, I tried calling again, emailing and reaching out via Facebook, no reply. I completely understand if our event was not something they could accommodate, but after being told that they would provide a quote and then being ghosted, I was very disappointed. We always try and support our local, small businesses, but ended up having to patronize a food truck from Ann Arbor, instead-who called us back with a quote the same day. I’m sure their food is delicious-definitely looks that way online, but after this experience, they have lost a future customer.
When the 2 Guys & A Grill food truck is parked at the Narrow Lake Store in Springport, it's a must visit for my family. My meatlover burger was huge, loaded, and juicy and my husband thought his southwest tilapia was delicious. The fries and cheese curds are great as well. Everything is fresh, flavorful, plentiful, and worth every penny.

Best place for a burger and fries! I asked them to surprise me and they gave me one of the best burgers I've had in awhile! I had the olive Burger and fries with onion ring sauce, so good! 10 out of 10 recommend!
the first time I ever had a chance to try the food was at a veteran benefit the food was excellent the service was excellent it all around a five-star meal. then I happen to be in St John's last week at The cider Mill and was able to experience a whole different menu of the food truck which the food was the same quality high-end and I would recommend them to anybody and I have definitely passed the word along your food is outstanding and your services outstanding as well and I'm glad I had the opportunity to try your food highly recommend it
The best BBQ you’ll eat. We drove 1.5 hours to try their food and were so impressed. Great food and great costumer service.
Because the owner responded I've added more detail. It was ok. Not best not worst. I didn't leave that in comments because I thought it may improve and possibly has since.
Kurt recently catered our wedding a couple weeks ago. We had nearly 200 guests. He was fast, Profesional, timely, and our guests RAVED about the food. We wish we could get married a second time just to have him back. Thanks Kurt . We appreciate you.
