Acapulco Mexican Grill Charlotte

Went to lunch today for my first time. We really liked it. People were friendly, helpful and efficient. It's clean and looks very nice inside and the food and prices were both very good. I know for sure we will go back again.

They have the best margaritas in town. Food is great but the wait staff could use improvement. I have had some pretty bad experiences there lately with being treated rudely by some waiters there but I'm hoping things will change soon. When you are a paying customer, you should be treated with kindness and respect. When you are, you want to come back with your friends and family to have an enjoyable time. Acapulcos is the only good restaurant in town, in my opinion, so it isn't a great feeling when you leave feeling humiliated and disrespected. There are a few waiters that are awesome and always kind, but they all should be that way. The waiters and the food is what brings people back so hopefully my future visits will improve. Nobody should leave a business that you help support in these hard times feeling unappreciated. But I still highly recommend them as they are the best!!

If you like having a peaceful atmosphere with low lighting and good music, great food, and reasonably priced drinks, I would have to recommend you come and try this restaurant. The service is wonderful every time I go!!

On our first visit today, we were pleasantly surprised with the high quality food. My wife had the Pollo Supremo and absolutely loved the sauce. We both commented that the refried beans flavor was the best we've ever had. I had the Pollo Toluca and really enjoyed the chorizo. We shared a Churros Bites for a delicious dessert. The portion sizes were generous with our entrees. We will absolutely be coming back to explore more of their menu
