Does anyone kno how to answer a phone called multiple time on 10/14. I came threw the drive threw an ordered an number 1 with curly fries an spite. I get to work (night shift) go to stick my hand in the bag to grab a fry an there wasn't any in my bag. An I paid 11.38. Also donated a 1$ to the hungry children thing.

Worst Arby's I've ever been to,Drive through girl is rude and also manager, management sucks and food sucks
I was told they have No ROAST BEEF!???? So I ordered chicken and it was not cooked all the way through. I asked for a drink carrier or asked that my shakes get put into a bag, the woman said what!? I'll give you a bag so you can do it..,

Just went through the drive thru and got a double roast beef and cheddar combo, the soda machine wasn’t working but I still had an up charge for strawberry lemonade, when I got home my French fry was only half full. Ridiculous!!! This meal was 13.00 and you can’t fill the fries?? On a positive note the girl working drive thru was very nice.
