I went into Arby's on Thursday. There was many orders on the board and you could tell the cashier was stressed. He did an amazing job, the smile on his face made the atmosphere amazing and made the day better. 10/10 I would come back just to get that service from him.

We to Arby’s at 9 o clock tonight. I have never been son disappointed. I was asked to pull forward and then had to go back around to get the other half of my food. The fries were cold. I asked for a thinly sliced double beef and cheddar and got this. It looks like it was pulled straight from the trash. Extremely disappointing

don't know what I expected but definitely wasn't room temp fries and a few hour old chicken sandwich. sad part is there was only 2 customers. i see why now.
Far more options than most fast service restaurants. Also, very convenient.

Does anyone kno how to answer a phone called multiple time on 10/14. I came threw the drive threw an ordered an number 1 with curly fries an spite. I get to work (night shift) go to stick my hand in the bag to grab a fry an there wasn't any in my bag. An I paid 11.38. Also donated a 1$ to the hungry children thing.
