The service here is average at best. There’s always a long wait time, even during slow periods, which is frustrating. Employees rarely greet you with a smile and often seem bothered to have customers. Honestly, it’s easier to order through DoorDash—when it’s actually available. This place is literally top notch. Great service. Great drinks and food. Staff is amazing. Even when they are slammed they really make sure they are making quality beverages and food. They truly are proving why they are #1 in sales!

Ordered ahead, my boyfriend overheard the barista complaining about online orders as he walked in. He brought out our coffees, and I realized they had forgot the muffin. Had him run back in to grab and the same barista complains she never gets tips. Wonder why? My coffee was supposed to be heavily flavored, but I sSWEAR there’s no possible way there was anything but sweet foam and cold brew in this cup. The muffin? Nutmeg completely caked into the mix, took a bite and it stuck onto my teeth it was such a large chunk of seasoning. Never going back to this biggby again.

I was passing through Charlotte on my way to Plainwell and needed a coffee. This was my first visit. The staff made me an Iced Caramel Marvel ?. They were friendly and welcoming. The coffee was great. The only small issue was taking a left out of the driveway. But my next trip to Plainwell will include a stop at BIGGBY.
