I waited 20 mins for a bagel, just for it to be cold. Bagel was cold and hard, cheese was solid and not melted and bacon was also cold. I was suprised because my colleague's bagel was Warm and melted.

Made the trip to town today specifically to get Biggby, just to get there and the shop is closed. There is no Facebook page for this location. Both the Biggby app and google said it was open. How disappointing, from now on I will be sure to avoid this location.

The service here is average at best. There’s always a long wait time, even during slow periods, which is frustrating. Employees rarely greet you with a smile and often seem bothered to have customers. Honestly, it’s easier to order through DoorDash—when it’s actually available. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and efficiency.

This place is literally top notch. Great service. Great drinks and food. Staff is amazing. Even when they are slammed they really make sure they are making quality beverages and food. They truly are proving why they are #1 in sales!
