Tried to purchase a bigby mug, 3 employees argued for 10 minutes on how to ring it up, finally gave me the total of my order $42.50 so I gave her a fifty, "oh we don't accept 50's or 100's" I guess this was my last time at your store!!!

Came in here to get two drinks to go, and it took them about 35min to make my drinks. The coffee was good but dang, if i new they would take that long then i would have just gone home and made coffee myself. Even with a full packed coffee shop, it should not take over a half hour to make two drinks. Everyone working here needs to step it up a notch. Maybe hier people who have already graduated high-school..

The reason for having cream and sugar out for people who order coffee is to make their coffee. How they like it. If you're going to charge me $3.50 for basic coffee you need to leave the cream out so that people can put it in there. I did not get enough cream in my coffee to make it to my liking and so I had to stop to another place to get cream to add in. That's bad business practice. I certainly will not be going to biggby again and I'll stick with Dunkin donuts or Starbucks.

We're not in this area very often, but when we are, we make it a point to stop here. The staff are all so incredibly nice and helpful. There was one instance when my drink wasn't made correctly. When I talked to the manager, they were extremely apologetic and refunded my entire order, not just the wrong drink. In our experience, this location is usually very busy on the weekends. So, if you want to grab a cuppa at this location before heading out or before an appointment, leave early.
Stood there waiting for my coffee while 3 of the employees were to busy talking and playing on there phones, had to ask if my coffee was done yet, girls could do better instead of being tangled in their phones. The one girl who was the only one cleaning up after all of them kuddos to you for going above and beyond for your job.

The staff was friendly, however after taking a few sips of my coffee I found a roach climbing under the lid. Unfortunately, I was already on the road and a bit of a distance away so I couldn't turn around & complain in person. Yuck!

I wanted to try this place since it's literally always crazy busy so I figured it would be good. I got in there and there was only a few orders ahead of me and I ended up waiting like 15 minutes for a drink and they didn't even put cream cheese on my bagel. That's not even hard? That's like the whole point of a bagel? For how expensive 2 drinks and 2 bagels is I expect to have my order... assembled... AND THEY ASK YOU FOR TIPS LOL

We come in here daily. It's pretty bad when a manager knows a customer's voice when she calls because someone forgot expresso AGAIN. when you spend this amount daily for coffee, you expect it to be HOT and taste like coffee.
