The delivery person brought my pizza to my house and was very polite and professional .I am very grateful to have delivery service in my area .The quality of the pizza though was not Cottages best!!!! I ordered the cauliflower crust so it was a thin crust and it was overcooked .It was very crunchy .I feel that they was very busy and unable to watch each order to ensure it was cooked popularly!.
I would like to have it replaced but I did not want to wait for another to be cooked and delivered out of town to me.

Don’t order here if you want to be treated as human and have your food to be made correctly.

Sometime in December I ordered a thin crust pizza along with a few other things and the driver took a fast turn and smashed my pizza in on itself in the box. I opened and looked at the pizzas when they were delivered (just had a feeling I should) and she apologized and told me to call the store. I did, and they said they could replace the pizza, but I attempted to eat what was delivered and asked that it be credited for another time. They agreed but told me this isn’t the normal policy, (they usually take the old one back and swap it out with the correct one) so I thanked them and told them I understood.

Today I got a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese, half pepperoni and mushroom. When I called to tell them that it was all pepperoni & mushroom and it had been made wrong they gave the phone to a manager that told me they would need the old pizza back, and acted annoyed that I even called. She proceeded to tell me they couldn’t give me any type of credit (I didn’t ask for any, just wanted a pizza my kids would eat) and that the owner noted my account that there would be no future credits.

I told her, “you could have just went with the normal ‘we can replace it and need the old pizza back’ instead of being rude and telling the customer that got a pizza that was made incorrectly that they’re noted as basically being a problem customer.” She told me “well if I just told you there was nothing we could do I’d have to tell you why” … replacing the pizza isn’t doing nothing, so now I’m sitting here confused about why it was even necessary to share the rest of that. I haven’t complained about things that were “nothing” nor do I call every time I order.

I know there are people out there that try to get things for free, but I feel each time I have said something it’s because of an error on their end. Either food made wrong, or delivered as a smashed pizza mess. And the level of attitude I encountered when I was kind about both situations was uncalled for. It’ll be at least 20 minutes to get my kids pizza, and we will either eat ours cold or eat in front of them. Neither option feels right. 0/10, poor customer service.

One of thee worst pizza's I've had from here. Asked for literally sauce..I had so much sauce that it when every where. Not many toppings.

Wow what happened, ordered a simple Hawaiian pizza for father's day and when we brought it home was surprised to find the pizza totally uncooked. The crust was not even crisp at all , no brown color to it , total goo! Put it back I. Oven for a few minutes and ended up a warm goo!. Guess I'll save some time and money and just buy one from meijer to customize and cook myself. Very disappointed, probably will not try again.

Very good pizza and sauce. We ordered a bunch of pizzas, late night, for the remnants of a wedding group for a late night snack. Everyone loved Cottage Inn! Highly recommend.

Placed an online order for a specific time. Unforseen circumstances happened and was able to get my food over 30 minutes sooner, within the the time limit of my lunch break. Staff offered me a free beverage, and the food is great!

I guess nobody can read labels or take responsibility for there screw ups. Ordered some there garlic sauce with my order and was given a big tub of ranch. Literally acted like it was my problem when i called and didn't know what to do. Was handed off to the manager they were just as idiotic as the person that answered the phone. Poor management and leadership leads to poor work ethic and customer service . Definitely won't be ordering again. Absolutely pathetic.
