Hadn't been here in awhile and wanted to try again. Was pretty disappointed. We did curbside because we had groceries. Had a big order. The women brought it out in a ok amount of time but I new something was wrong because she didn't have enough with her. I told her the item I noticed that was missing but when the worker went inside I'm glad I kept checking because multiple expensive large items were missing. The women even read our receipt to us but didn't bring half of it. So I had to go inside and a different worker found the rest of my order just sitting there. So I took it and left. Getting home I saw our family size cheese curd was maybe only 2/3rds full, same with our onion ring but the family fries were nice and full. Makes no sense other then they skipped on the more expensive items. Chicken strips were a weird wet texture. Both pops were flat. It just wasn't worth the money compared to the hassle and small portions.

This location is notorious for upsaleing your food without you ordering it that way. Multi times I've come here ordered a small or single and got a large or double. Its ridiculousNo way we ordered doubles and he got confused.Conveniently don't get your receiptService has zero personality, smiles or even says hiEven when delivering food to your vehicleFood service isnt like it use to beBoth burgers were really dryAnd doubles instead of singles that we ordered.Zero ketchup for the blah flavored friesThe burgers are ok, the ice cream is why I even bothered but it's to the point where I rather not waste my money.
Honestly love culvers but little chubby manager working today isn't very proficient or professional.Got two kids meals asked if we could substitute fries for curds. Was told yes and to pull ahead without price. Pull ahead to have $3 charge added for substitute I asked why I was charged extra when I asked if you could substitute. He proceeded to tell me that every restaurant does this...that's not the issue pal. When a customer asks and is told yes then told to move forward without price and then extra charge is added after is deceptive buisness practices. I get it it's only $3 but I don't appreciate being lied to belittled or made a fool. We come here weekly and we won't be coming back.

Had a coupon so we decided to give it a try. Excellent burger! In the top 2 of all time. My girlfriend said it was the best she ever had. Double cheese deluxe no onions. Fantastic. The Lettuce and tomatoes were actually fresh. The burger was put together like someone actually cared about the placement and amount of condiments. It was even wrapped very nicely.A few days later we went back again and I told my girlfriend that if they could repeat what we had before I would write a good review. Not something I normally do. The only mistake was the one that I made. I accidentally forgot to say deluxe so I ended up with ketchup, pickle and mustard because we held the onions. It didn't make any difference. The burger again was outstanding.I see that they have Walleye. We absolutely will be trying that. I'll get back to you..
