Great Ice Cream and Staff. They use to have a walk-up window but not anymore. They sell portions for fur-babies, but you cannot take your puppies inside the building to make your order. It would be nice if they could work out a way to accommodate pet owners . This location has a lot of pet owners that regularly walk their pets past this establishment.

Worst blizzard of my life - vanilla ice cream with a hint of my toppings. Inappropriate uniforms, the crew moves as a pack so although 4 girls “helped” with my blizzard, it still turned out awful. Save your time and go to mooville out in nashville.

Ordered 2 peanut buster parfait and had the DQ app with a coupon for buy one get one from 99 cents. Showed the girl at the window and she ring it up as 10% off. When questioned she called over the manager and she claimed the deal was already redeemed, which is not possible as we had just downloaded the app. She then yelled at us that they don't use the app there and they gave us this discount as a "favor" to the customer.

Really poor blizzards all ice cream very little of the candy or whatever you ordered. I had butterfinger and very few to no candy piece all tiny specks. They could have just said they were out.
The blizzards are awesome. But we don't feel like they give you enough ice cream in their cones at this location.

Best dang ice cream ever. Great staff and the atmosphere is clean everything was where it needs to be. Our family loves this place I love getting me a banana shake! I love there late hours they stay open pretty late for being on the out side of charlotte.

Propane is the greenest and most efficient burning fuel that we refine. This location should be using it. Makes me question the new owner. Dairy Queen is still Dairy Queen...but this propane bashing owner? And what is up with the poor design for the parking lot? Are you serious? I guess it makes sense....at least his logic is consistent. Good ice cream. Friendly staff.
