We order just about weekly. Great service. Fast delivery. Most of the time the pizza is still too hot to eat when we get it. That is NOT a complaint.

Delivery was right on time, and the food arrived hot and freshly made. Ordering was simple, which I appreciated. Like most places, the prices feel a little high, but at least the quality was decent. I’d love to see more restaurants focus on healthier, less processed options—that would easily take this from a 3-star to a 5-star experience.

Finally ordered the replacement pizza that they made incorrectly. I got hand tossed crust but it honestly tastes like Hungry Howie's cardboard crust. I also ordered wings which were good and Marina Sauce, told they were in the box, I get home and they were Not in the box. I am not sure if it's a turn over in staff or Poor Management but this place has gotten worse since it opened. I will stick wth their stuffed crust until they finally mess that up. Most people I have talked with tell me that they only go to Dominos because they have better coupons than the other places, but discounts for wrong orders or missing items isnt really a deal. I Previously Ordered 3 pizzas online using the App. 2 were made correctly the other was not. Was told I'd have a credit for the 1 made wrong. Service was faster than I had expected, but accuracy should Never be sacrificed for the sake of speed.

Last time I ordered from them I ordered pasta with steak, chicken and mushrooms. I didn’t get any steak and I only got two small pieces of chicken for meat. When I called the guy said he knew he measured it accurately…. There is absolutely no way.
Today I ordered for the kids and in the boneless chicken box it looks like they ran out so the cut one in half…but we only got one of the half’s. Suppose to be 8 pieces but was 7.5 lol.

Pasta's are overpriced for the small amount you get. I built a pasta. The site allowed 3 toppings. I got peppers, tomatoes and chicken. I only got maybe 3 pieces of chicken and the sauce was just placed on top so the noodles were burn on the bottom, the dish was barely half filled. I have pictures but this review isn't giving me an option to post them. Pizzas were bland and pricey. The new stuffed crust parm pizza doesn't taste different from their other pizzas. Not worth the price

I'd give a 5 star rating if they would read the tag and cut my pizza how I requested. Other than that pizza was very good.
First time at Domino's in over 20 years. Amazing experience. Both gentlemen had excellent customer service. Clean store, fast service, and positive atmosphere. They have a little step up for kids to watch the dough and prep line (so cool).

I’ve enjoyed having Domino’s in Charlotte! Food is always delivered hot and staff always is pleasant. Lillian was my driver again tonight and she always delivers with a smile. Definitely becoming my favorite pizza place!

They need to talk to there drivers one of them pulled out in front of me and I almost t-boned him. I called and talked to a manager at least she says she was one and she acted like oh well, it will be oh well when they cause an accident. She says ok that was it . It’s not the first time that they have there drivers pull out in front of people. There in a hurry that they don’t care about other people around them.
