So I went up to pick up order and got home and it was wroung so I called up there to talk management and the guy answered and was rude as f and hung up called back and he said I'm not fixing it and hung up again. Is this Really how they do service first time there and the last time.

We only order pizza from this Domino's store! The food is always hot and never sloppy, and the delivery time can't be beat (always less than 30 minutes)!!!
The pizza is always good. Yet to have a bad experience since they came to Charlotte. They usually have good coupons. Big fan of the parmesan bites.

Sad to say the pizza was not impressive at all. All crust which was tuff and sparse on the toppings . Very disappointing ?. Maybe it was just an off day.

If I could give a zero, I would included in this post it’s gonna be a picture of a manager and the license plate of a driver who nearly hit me, and my one-year-old son I went into Michigan complain, and she told me she was uncomfortable, giving me her managers contact informationand if I posted her picture, she would call the police on me.

The only bad thing I have to say is that I have to pay for delivery after midnight because the car side pickup is not available. Even though I am parked literally in front of their building. Other than that it is an amazing pizza and I love it for the late night

It's good food but personally me I think they should wear gloves. And one time I was there I was ordering and some girl in the back was shaking her hair everywhere.
A cut above the rest for takeout pizza chains, second only to Cottage Inn.Please observe if the order says contactless though.

We were excited when Domino's came to Charlotte. At first it was great! It went down hill fast! The pizza no longer tastes like Signature Domino's, but could be any pizza slop from any pizza joint around. The staff are rude, and very unprofessional. From managers to the regulars there is absolutely no phone etiquette. I never knew placing an order by phone could be so complicated and straight outta Dumb and Dumber! Very disappointed! Leave it to Chartucky to ruin a good thing! We won't be coming back again, but will go out of town...as usual...for great food.

We are usually very happy with our order, not sure what the issue was tonight. The thin and crispy pizza was under cooked and there was hardly any chicken (ordered the buffalo and bacon bbq). Since this is a usual order for us we know what to expect and this was horrible!
