Went for lunch with my husband and was waiting so very long we almost walked out. Got our drinks chips and salsa had that gone for about 20 min before our food came. Very bad service won't go back

This is a nice Mexican cantina, located in Charlotte, MI! Very easily seen from the road, the building is unique in design and it's painted in a very vibrant color! Parking is ample in a well lit lot! Food is hot, fresh and very well prepared! Nice selection of drinks as well! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

I had Chile Colorado...I thought it was great ...tortillas are homemade and delicious..rice actually had flavor... everything was really good.. heat was perfect...

The Mole was exceptional. Update 2.22.24 so sad they are closed. Their food was great. Wish more people would have found this gem so they could be open for us.

At first, I would have given five stars. The food was awesome and the service was great. Then the owner stopped coming in to watch over the place, waitresses couldn't speak the language or understand the order, they stood on their phone instead of making sure we didn't need any drink refills or had an issue with the food. They brought their children in to babysit as they were waiting on tables. The waitresses spent more time on the phone and with their children than they did with the customers. They also started charging extra for extra salsa and chips, and the funny thing was that it was cheaper to buy one or the other than to buy both together. The last straw was when they started charging 3% additional for credit card payments. Beware of the new restaurant in Battle Creek. I'm wondering if it's just a front for something since they just closed the doors and walked away from the restaurant here in Charlotte to open the one in Battle Creek.

My family and I came here for lunch, were not from the area and it was our first time here. It looks like a very nice authentic restaurant similar to Los Tres. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food had absolutely no flavor. There were 6 of us eating and they got every single one of our dishes wrong. The person taking our order didn't speak enough English to even take the orders properly and everything was sent back. They didn't put any meat in any of our dishes even though it's supposed to come with it. A few of us ordered chalupas..they were not chalupas, just hard shell tacos. I had to add salsa to everything to give it some sort of flavor. Best thing I had: the cheese quesadilla. Which is just sad. Maybe dinner service is better??
