Atmosphere is 1 because I was in the drive through. JJ, you did me wrong. First time ever and I am highly disappointed. I put my order in at the drive through and when I got to the window they didn't have an order for me, not that it wasn't ready whomever took it NEVER ENTERED IT INTO THE SYSTEM. How does that even work? What were they doing? Then, I gave my order again, face to face and the employee read it back to me completely wrong. I mean, I speak English and it appeared that English was this guy's first language also but still. Sandwiches got finished he handed them out the window and only gave us one drink and no chips that I ordered. Had to wait for that while the kid looked at the receipt like I was lying. They had about 6 employees in there working and it seemed like they were making it up as they went along. All this being said, my sandwich didn't have peppers on it that I ordered and that were annotated on the receipt. Maybe a bad day, but it's not like I ordered something that they don't normally make.

Y’all really need to get it together. This is my third time ordering from this store and third time having issues. This time, the bread on two of our non-toasted sandwiches is so hard you can knock it against the kitchen table. The little John we ordered has so much mustard on it that it’s amazing the bread was still hard. It was literally drenched in mustard. After scraping the mustard off, my child still can’t even bite through this bread.

We have gone here a couple times recently and now that I'm finding things I like on the menu, I decided I would start going there a few times a week.
So when I ordered today, I created a rewards account. I got there 15 minutes after ordering but my pickup order wasn't on the shelf so I got my drink and had a seat. 10 minutes later it still wasn't out and track my order said it was still in process, so I got up and asked how much longer it would be.
That's when I found out it had been completed and was sitting in the back. No one bothered to put it out front, or show it was complete in the order tracker, or just tell me since I'm the only customer in the place so I don't sit there for no reason waiting for them to finish an order that's already finished. I wont be back.

Placed an order for six boxed lunches online at 10:45 AM. lndicated pick-up would be at 11:45 AM. Upon arriving for pick up, the manager informed us that they were short on staff and wouldn't be able to fill our order until 12:30 PM. At 12:30 PM, they hadn't even started yet. The response we received was rude and completely unprofessional. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your money by visiting this location. Take the time to read all the negative reviews they have received and you'll see why that this is a terrible Jimmy John's franchise location. In fact, they should have their franchise agreement revoked!

So I love Jimmy Johns and it’s honestly one of my favorite places to go to get a quick meal, I went in today and who ever the blond haired girl was her attitude to what I can only imagine is a newer higher was awful, she was berating him with customers in earshot and just not being kind to him, this is why people quit from these work environments, and I’ve worked in food service and I know what it’s like, but this kind of treatment of new hires is incredibly inappropriate

Not freaky fast. The absolute slowest JJs I’ve ever gone to. This isn’t a one time occurrence either. This happens every time I come here. The staff is nice enough but I can’t understand how they are this slow.

Placed an order before the stores posted closing time (10 PM). Got there BEFORE posted closing time. Employee was walking through parking lot and said "We are closed honey". Calling me hun or honey does not mean you are being kind. Called in the morning. Was told the order did not come through before system was shut down. I guess the closing time is just a suggestion. When I called to share my frustrations, I found out the person was the same person last night. I was told I will not be yelled at. I never raised my voice. Somehow my order is magically lost. When I asked what to do because the money is showing in my bank account I was met with no help. I have a call into corporate. Service at this location needs to be looked at. If you close early, apologize. Don't come at me with "Hun" to seem as though you are providing service. You know you closed early. Just apologize and make it right when someone calls with complaint.

Delivery took 56 minutes to arrive. I called after 40 minutes to see if there was a problem. No apology and no explanation was provided. When delivery arrived, I asked the delivery driver and she just said that they were running behind. This is the second time I have ordered and had it arrive an hour later. I am 2 miles away from the store. I actually do understand if they are overwhelmed once in a while, but the lack of apology and the way it seems like they think I’m a “Karen” for expecting the delivery to not take an hour when the estimated time is 10-15 minutes makes me think the service expectations of this branch are very low.
