Terrible. They wouldn’t even try to honor our coupons any way shape or form. They claimed to not have enough extra crispy chicken on a Sunday afternoon. The guy acted huffy and irritated I actually wanted him to make more wings as if that’s not his job. I don’t often feel like I’m not wanted or welcome at a place that literally thrives on us, the customers. The chicken I did get was mediocre at best. Won’t be wasting my money at this one ever again.

They dont like taking any bill over a 20.
They did for me today, but told me they usually refuse them.
Chicken was good.
Coleslaw tasted dry.

They did not give me what I ordered

Some of the checking was very bloody.

They refuse to give me a refund of my money. So I left the bloody chicken there.

I will be contacting corporate after the weekend holidays.

My recommendations do not eat at this KFC location.

This is the first KFC I have been to in 20 years where they actually know how to batter and cook the chicken properly. I have gone to some stores recently where it looked like they sprinkled spices and baked the chicken. I don't go to those KFCs anymore. The next time I drive by Charlotte I will definitely make sure to stop in again.

Had 4 people working in the back but took 20 minutes to make my food. I was only one inside and one car in drive thru. The person from the car even came inside to see why it’s taking so long. Then they forget my sauce napkins and utensils. How hard is it to read the order screen? Lazy workers. Made me stand at counter longer even though they saw me waiting, wouldn’t even come up to me at first.

You need some major improvement the last three times I've been in your restaurant my orders have been messed up. I am not happy with you KFC in Charlotte get your management under control. I've never had many mess-ups from this place as I have in the last year like people just don't give a damn about who's ordering what. I've had multiple wrong orders and I've had to come back a couple times

Typical KFC establishment, but not sure if they changed the biscuit recipe or what, but they were *really* good, better than the last few times I had KFC (different store). The tenders were very good too. And friendly staff.

Ordered 2 meals and extra side of coleslaw thru Doordash only got 1 meal and coleslaw kfc big fail. Doordash refunds my money but doesn't help me for dinner.

Extremely Disappointed with My Experience

I placed an order at the Charlotte, MI KFC at 9:22 PM and arrived at the drive-thru around 9:30 PM since the lobby doors were already locked. After waiting, I was handed my order and noticed the employee who gave me the bag smirked and laughed before walking off. I didn't think much of it until I got home.

After a long day at work, all I wanted was a decent meal for my family. When I opened the bucket of chicken, I realized I had been shorted pieces—and to make matters worse, they substituted some of it with chicken tenders without telling me. At first, I was willing to let it slide. But then I noticed the chicken was extremely dry, the tenders were soggy and undercooked, and the macaroni tasted microwaved. The biscuits were so hard and dry they were inedible.

I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue or at least get an order set aside for the following day, but no one ever answered. I ultimately had to throw everything away and order a pizza instead.

What upsets me most is the employee’s behavior—laughing as if they knew exactly what they were handing me. It’s unacceptable, disrespectful, and shows a complete lack of customer care. I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated here.

Counter person was loud and couldn't add a extra order to a combo meal, I asked to eat in and he put it all in a bag. No butter,no napkins then never told me when it was ready, I had to ask for it. But the worst part was how dirty the drink area was including my shoe's stuck to the floor.
So when leaving I went to wash and the smell of urine was so bad I couldn't wash..reminded me of the bathrooms on board the Carl Vincent latrine. If you were NAVY you will know !!!!
I will never go back to thus KFC...
