Every single time I ask them to crazy crust it they don’t. When I called the man told me I had to prove that he didn’t put the crazy crust on and bring the pizza back in. When I went to retrieve my pizza made CORRECTLY he didn’t greet me and made me wait 10 minutes before grabbing my pizza out of the hot area it had been sitting in since I had walked into the store. The man in there with a beard and glasses is always extremely rude when I call and explain the situation. Even though I am a charlotte community member I will be going to Eaton Rapids from now on. That is all. Would not recommend.

Mikayla was so awesome, she helped me add on to my already big order. Acknowledged me the moment I walked through the door, offered to not only open the door for me but went to my car with me to also open that door. Customer service like this is so rare these days. I appreciate her kindness and going the extra mile.

Went into the store and ordered 50$ in food they refused to except a 100$ bill
I went there with my mom last night she had ordered 2 pizzas, it took them over 10 minutes just to get to the counter and that was after she had previously yelled at them asking them to get the damn counter. Then we had to wait a whole hour …. For 2 pizzas just for them to taste like cardboard. Like if it was me by myself I would have walked out after them not getting the counter but then taking a whole hour to make 2 pizzas😳 just order hungry howies they have WAY better service and it won’t take a whole hour

The 2 girls tonight was just mean as could be charged me extra for no reason $19 for two Italian breads. Got yelling in front of customers with me for them giving me the wrong order. I want my money back and them to get something done about their attitude towards people. So unprofessional. No receipt and I don't know there names. They messed up bad I will NEVER come back again. And called in our order but wasn't done on time.

Worst customer service we have ever received. Night 1 was told our order would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up to pick up the order and I’m told that it’s going to be an additional 20 to 30 minute wait. No phone call to notify us. With two younger kids we went somewhere else and got them dinner. Night 2 called and ordered. Was told 25-30 minutes. Showed up to pick up the order and they didn’t even make the order because of the night before. Will never spend my money at this place again.
