We had a pizza delivered via Door Dash before Christmas. We ordered a pepperoni with stuffed crust and when we opened the box it was literally dripping with grease. Even an air fryer would not save it. The rest of the order was severely undercooked. We usually save the rest for leftovers the next day but we threw it out the next day

This place is always understaffed. You will have to wait over 40 minutes for a hot and ready. With the wait time, may as well go somewhere with better quality.

store was dirty told me it would take an hour and 25 minutes beyond the 20 minutes i had already been waiting and refused to give me a refund claiming that they cant refund orders made through the app. second time this happened at this location. save your money and go to the eaton rapids location if you want little caesars. will get it faster than going to charlotte.

Walked in for two hot and ready pizza's and was left waiting 30+ minutes. I was told the wait was only 10 min for additional pizza. Myself and 3 other groups of individuals were also waiting. All this time people were coming in and asking for hot and ready pizza's to which the cashier was readily handing out pizzas that just became available. After 30+ minutes, I finally had to ASK the cashier to be helped again and tell them what my order was. Very disappointed as this is not my first negative experience with this location.

Staff answered the phone within a couple of rings and was very friendly on the phone taking the order. Food was ready when we arrived and was exactly what we ordered. Clerk at the counter was pleasant and personable too.

Ordered online and then arrived 15 minutes later. When I arrived my order was not in the portal so I waited patiently. I was not greeted. The lady was working by herself and had not started my order. When I asked for a refund she was very rude. She proceeded to tell me it would be ready in five minutes. It took another 15 and I watched many people walk out due to get poor attitude.

After 5 orders in a row made incorrectly, they finally did it! Pepperoni cheese bread, with no pepperoni! ??? I can't even be mad they don't answer the phone, it's probably pretty intimidating with all the buttons ?

Great atmosphere looked cleaned and stocked up well on pop and sauces. The door could be fixed it’s hard to open. But overall for the price the food is good my favorite is the Italian cheese bread with parm on it!! Always hot food. Very upbeat staff

First off they had no hot n Ready pizza's ready, which defeats the point of a hot n ready then they tell us 15 min wait so we wait patiently. While we are waiting in the corner abunch of customers come in, around 6 different customers for context. They then put 7 or 8 hot n readys in the warmer so you'd think since we paid for our food and are waiting that he would give us our pizza.... Nope the guy services everyone in line while we wait for ours that we order before these 6 customers. Then when he gives everyone else there stuff he finally gives us our pizza. All he had to do was grab a hot n ready and hand it to us but instead put us on the back burner. Its common sense to service everyone in the correct order instead of making people wait for 6 others that ordered after.

Ordered the pizza 24 hours ahead, per their recommendation, for a party...arrived....no pizzas ready and lied about why they weren't ready.It was obvious the order was not prioritized for the requested time and door dash was prioritized.
