Every table in the play area was dirty. We were there for an hour and no one came in to clean. During that time I believe that an employee came in to deliver a meal 3 times. Just delivered food and left. I decided to try the new chicken strips that were advertised. I did not like the flavor. They were lukewarm at best so the flavor may have been a bit better if hot. I thought of going up to ask for hotter ones but I didn't want to hassle with getting my granddaughter out of the play land to go talk to someone. I will not order that item again.

My food was fine once I received it! But I particularly have a problem with how they handled the mistake of giving my food to the wrong person and then giving me the wrong drink. I watched the car in front of me say it wasn’t her food, so I guessed I’d be pulled forward to wait for my food. That was fine, I get it. But when I sipped my drink it was wrong, so I asked for the correct drink when my food was given to me. The employee comes back with an empty cup, telling me that their manager Josie had instructed them that I had to come inside and fill the cup myself. The employee wasted more time having to tell me that and apologize than it would have for them to fill the drink and bring it to me. I am so confused as to how Josie would consider this an acceptable option, even if the establishment is busy. I filled the cup to see that many people were getting their orders fixed, and was unable to approach Josie as she was actively speaking with a customer.

DON’T BOTHER. This location used to be very fast. Since new ownership it has never been slower. I sat in line in the drive thru for 10 minutes, then once I placed my order it took almost 15 more minutes and they didn’t have coffee made at 9:15AM??? I was asked to pull forward to wait for my iced coffee, and waited 5 more minutes before I had to drive away without my coffee because I had an appointment to be at. There is no reason a drive thru should take 30 minutes!!!!!!!!! And how do they not have coffee made in the morning?!?!?!?! New ownership has ruined this location.

Great place for kids to play with other kids ✌️ and enough space for parents to sit and watch because the playground is in the middle. Fast service and good burgers 🍔.
