Went through the drive through after working a 15 hour shift shoveling snow and salting for them to ring my order up multiple times and after getting it fixed still messed up my order and the food was cold had it remade for it to still not be right and the old 60 year old lady was rude not what I wanted to deal with after work.

Went here yesterday and honestly forgot to write this review because of how bad the service was and my brain probably wanted to forget the gosh awful experience but i went here yesterday in the morning and right when i got to the speaker i was ignored for almost 10 minutes kid you not. but this is not unique for mcdonalds at all because ive been to lots of mcdonalds that dont seem to care for how long the costumer waits in the line. then i ordered a cheese egg mcmuffin and it came out cold, slimy, and the muffin was over cooked. somehow the food was cold but the bread was burnt to a crisp. Was only in charlotte for the day but i promise you I will NOT be stepping foot or driving my tires anywhere near this mcdonalds. and i wouldn't suggest anyone else either lol. reading the 5 star reviews got me wishing i had that experience. this experince was almost as bad as when i found a wad of hair in my subway sandwhich almost 12 years ago.

Most tables were still dirty.
Food came quick but they forgot an item so we had to go back to the counter.
Play area was too loud, as kids were sometimes yelling and, a lot of the time, running.

Melissa the manager and are great employees, always working and trying to make up the differences. More kids work at night and evening shifts. Common sense helps everyone. Not watching football games on there phones like has been seen with day shift people. Everyone can watch it at home on there tv. People in charge need to show respect, empathy and common sense. Preventative maintenance and understanding limitations left from previous shifts. The all around experience is what matters for those we serve. Are our neighbors and friends REGI IS DEARLY MISSED. Dedication ALWAYS NOT Demoralization should not be tolerated. Some people are retention managers not a scapegoat.

Good place for a break on longdrive

Every table in the play area was dirty. We were there for an hour and no one came in to clean. During that time I believe that an employee came in to deliver a meal 3 times. Just delivered food and left. I decided to try the new chicken strips that were advertised. I did not like the flavor. They were lukewarm at best so the flavor may have been a bit better if hot. I thought of going up to ask for hotter ones but I didn't want to hassle with getting my granddaughter out of the play land to go talk to someone. I will not order that item again.

My food was fine once I received it! But I particularly have a problem with how they handled the mistake of giving my food to the wrong person and then giving me the wrong drink. I watched the car in front of me say it wasn’t her food, so I guessed I’d be pulled forward to wait for my food. That was fine, I get it. But when I sipped my drink it was wrong, so I asked for the correct drink when my food was given to me. The employee comes back with an empty cup, telling me that their manager Josie had instructed them that I had to come inside and fill the cup myself. The employee wasted more time having to tell me that and apologize than it would have for them to fill the drink and bring it to me. I am so confused as to how Josie would consider this an acceptable option, even if the establishment is busy. I filled the cup to see that many people were getting their orders fixed, and was unable to approach Josie as she was actively speaking with a customer.

Awesome people they all seem to work well together. Very busy place. And they all seem to bust everything right out for all the people. awesome they rock
