They closed the walk up window but never had a sign or anything to indicate that it was drive-through only and then the staff was very curt and short when taking the order I understand everybody gets busy and has bad days but it shouldn't be passed on to the customer. They forgot parts of the order and took a while to make things right. Could use some work on the service part of things but the food was good

Refused to do walk up service. I was with my family, 3 kids and pulling a travel trailer. If I could have done the drive thru, I would have but refused walk up at the window even though it stated it was open until 8.
Do Better especially when there are 3 hungry young children. Shame on you.

my work van won't fit through the drive thru. clerk told me that the walk up window is closed due to weather (rain all day?). the rain only was hitting for 1 hour in late afternoon.

Wish I could I could make it zero stars. We have ordered on the app several times and when we show up to get it they don't have the food in-stock. There is no way to get a refund as the store has you go to the app and the app says to go to the store. The manager even hung up on us.

The foods okay, when you get served, I suggest going to the store and making sure people choose to work that day before you do a mobile order.

Had a large trailer that did not fit in the drive thru. Lady at the window said its unsafe to walk through the drive thru. Would not take my order at the window because it was closed. Had to walk to taco bell for lunch.
Nuggets were a lil overdone but everything else was amazing. The service was quick and professional while they had their speaker down.

Your speaker is broken, I waited in line for a while, non of which bothered me but now I’m the only one in line and I get a COLD burger ????? Why??? I had to warm it up when I got home.

I have made 5, yes FIVE attempts to order here in the last few months. Every single time, without exception, they make a DIFFERENT excuse as to why they aren't open during business hours. I have not once actually been able to order any food. This time i waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes before they told me they can't take any orders that aren't door dash. Last time i called their corporate number, surprise, no one followed up. I am beyond amazed that Rally's even still allows their name on the building when every single employee tells almost every single customer to leave all day long. It's insanity

This place is sadly falling apart. The second drive thru window for mobile pick up orders has been broken and closed for over a year. The walk up window is always closed. You can’t order at the speaker anymore. Takes forever to get food now. Not happy with how Rallys has turned out since Katie left. Please fix the windows and the speaker or let ppl walk up. 40 minutes for a mobile pick up order that’s now going to be cold because its already ready isnt worth it. I won’t be coming back unless they make some needed imporvements for everyday basic needs and make it FAST food again. This is like a drive up. Might as well park ppl and bring their food out. Like what is going on with this place? Yikes
