Ive been standing here waiting on my order for about 15/20 mins. They are out of a list of about 10 items. The lady working is all alone and clearly struggling. The whole place sucks, but the food itself, if they have what you want, will taste like your traditional subway. Not impressed with this locations set up. Clearly they have poor management.

Got me f'ed up thinking thats how you serve customers. Twice now Ive had to abandon my spot in line because I wouldve lost my whole lunch break

The customer in front of me got fed up with all the menu items that were not available and walk out. That should have been a sign. My child wanted soup, no soup today, I wanted a fountain drink, all the fountain drinks were not available. I had to choose a drink out of the cooler. That left water, lemonade, Starry, Pepsi and sweet tea. I’m diabetic and can’t have the added sugar that are in sodas or sweet tea. That left me with one option, water. Water is good for me, no big deal. I ordered a 6” All American Club with onion, I usually get lettuce and tomato as well but the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes has been there awhile. I asked for garlic aïoli sauce which was gushed onto my sub. I couldn’t eat my sub, I payed $16 total my for 10 yr old and I to eat. The food and service was far below standard. Way too much sauce, didn’t warm the bacon. I won’t be back.

The service was awful tonight, one of our subs was made wrong and instead of fixing it the staff complained that he had to call his manager to fix it.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I got on Thursday night January 18, 2024. The employee was confusing me into thinking I’m getting the the monster so when in reality, I’m getting a regular steak and cheese. And the employee tried to debate me on it. This is the not normal way of take an order.

Great subway older location but the staff do a top tear job at keeping the veggies, meat, and cheese looking clean and appetizing. They are super friendly here and I love that the staff enjoy their job and do the best they can with what they got!
