Three employees working. All worries about pickup orders. Turn for the customers waiting to order I was passing through if I ever pass through again I’ll find somewhere else

I ordered online and thought my order was sent, unfortunately after checking I had missed a step. The employees working were very friendly, and with much patience help me sort out the problem and quickly processed my order!
Ezra, the young man who I've dealt with previously, was who waited on me again tonight, he obviously knows his job and has excellent customer service skills. He never seemed annoyed with me even tho I walked in during the busiest time of the day with problems that he quickly found solutions for. He made it look effortless! Thanks SUBWAY! And especially Ezra for such a pleasant dining experience!! I'm not sure where he ranks in the position department, but his potential should be recognized and considered one of this stores most greatest assets!

I stood in what I thought was the line when I walked in. A man came in at the same time, I stood while he sat in a chair. 2 people working but, neither asked if they could help me. After 10 minutes they asked if I’d been helped, I told them that the man came in first and was told they were working on his order. Both of them! You would think one would keep working and the other would ask me if I needed help, if they knew he was waiting his order. I waited all that time to buy cookies! One of the girls working gave me a snarky remark and acted like I was the issue. I should have just left.

Very expensive then any other subway all because it's owned by someone other then franchise so therefore a greedy owner. And bought a couple subs and it was almost just bread. Very stingy on there toppings and meats and barley any cheese. This is one place I won't go to ever again. And half the time they don't take the app deals so they say.

I just left working there, an they seem to want to withhold my check from me. Ive called an asked but get hung up on an everyone is apparently to busy to give me my check. Horrible management!!

Service reps don't wash their hands or change out gloves as they should, pretty messy in the veggie area, other veggies comingled with other veggies, and also don't wipe knife after each sub cut either......cross contamination and allergy risks all over

First time we ever used their app. Said would be ready at 8:05pm. We got there, and they didn't even start it yet. We had to wait an additional 30min for our food. They were out of meatballs and mozzarella cheese. They could've called to let us know and ask what we'd like instead. So we changed it up a little. It should've been cheaper as mozzarella cheese is $1.90 per sandwich extra, and we had to change it to a free cheese. They didn't reimburse or offer an exchange like extra meat that is closer to the same price we paid for! We got 4 sandwiches and 2 of them we wanted the mozzarella. Please train on how to fix an order to be the same price or reimburse the difference. Even though it was about $4 you took without compensating, it may not seem like much. Put it into a bigger perspective it is. As everything costs so much more these days. We shouldn't have to pay for what we didn't get...

My family and I stopped in after a wrestling match at 8:30pm and it was an absolute awful experience. The lady who made our food didn't wash her hands or put gloves on, her hair wasn't tied back so the chances of her long hair getting in the food was higher and she didn't even have a subway shirt on. The one bread she pulled out had mold on it and she said " it must of came from in the oven". I personally work at a subway and know the rules that are supposed to be followed and that wasn't even close. And what upsets me the most is they didn't even have American cheese bc they ran out that early and my family repeating multiple times on what we wanted on our sub's.

They had a ton of online order to attend to before they could even help us. We waited 30 mins for 2 subs and 1 pizza. Too long in my opinion. Our toasted subs were cold by the time we got home, 10 mins away. Disappointing. I'd go to the one in Walmart over this one.
