My service was absolutely terrible! Me and my two friends went in to place a to go order first me and another girl were together and then another girl ordered alone we were refused our cups my friend got hers then we got my food and asked for cups she claimed ( an older lady) that we got our cups we didn’t. Then she gave us one we needed another one she had an attitude about that also. Finally we got our food made it outside and the order was wrong…. We took it in and they started at us like we were dumb and took 15 minutes to remake a flatbread…. Usually don’t have problems but the staff that were working tonight needs trained in costumer Service and how to read an order ticket…

Service has greatly improved after recent remodel and manager changes. Food is always hot and crispy and employees are kind and respectful. I appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond for their customers.

I ordered from the kiosk and wanted to pay cash for my order. The drive thru was very busy. Everyone was on the line making orders for the drive thru. It was at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Some placed an order on the kiosk after I did and they paid with a card. Their order was brought to them before anybody wanted my cash for my order. After another five minutes, I left, cash in my hand.

I have worked fast food before and know when you get slammed, the employees can't keep up and I can accept that, but why would I come into the store to order some food and eat in the dining room. The person who did acknowledge the customers in the store obviously didn't see the cash that I was holding up in my hand and continued making orders. I expected to be waited on soon, but not today, The drive thru was top priority, I guess.

Let me ask why you won't even make my order until its paid for, when there are drive thru customers ordering food and paying for it when they receive their order. It shouldn't work that way. My order from the kiosk should go in line with the other orders and they should bring it to the counter and pay them, just like the drive thru.

I felt unimportant. Cash doesn't charge a fee for a transaction, your loss. I left and it will be a long time before I order Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell consistently screws up our order and always adds meat when we’ve asked for it without (we’re vegetarian). We tried calling and the call wouldn’t go through. Really upset to just be out the money considering how expensive the food was.

Their drive thru is very slow. Employees must. E inside sleep ot raising the cows and slaughtering them inside to make the steaks. Poor management.
