The nicest taco bell employees we've experienced. From TX where it seems like every employee hates you. Its taco bell so I don't expect much out of the taste, but it was actually warm unlike back in Texas.

Had to repeat everything multiple times. It kept asking if I wanted sauce. If order was complete etc. Then asked if I wanted to round up total while I was already driving away.
Food had hardly any flavor. Ordered the Crunch Wrap.

Stopped in and ordered from the kiosk. We eat a specific way and ordered 4 items that had add ons. Placed our order and noticed the very dirty kitchen and dining area. I couldn’t believe it! They were tossing trash over their shoulders as they prepared our food. There was food and garbage all over the floor. The counters were dirty as well as the stainless steel. There was food scraps covering the work/prep surfaces.
And our food was horrible! Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and it had very little black beans and mostly gross tasting lettuce and crunchy taco plus a little sour tasting tomato. The bean burrito was super dry and any extra items must have been down in the bottom. I never finished it. My daughter (the sweet girl that she is) never told me until later that she had a long hair in her food! We spent a lot of money to customize our food. We do not recommend this location!! Not the greatest picture but you can see enough to know it’s pretty dirty

I had got a cheesy gordita crunch today, and i love them usually made perfect by the tacobell staff, but today it was unmelted and slightly cold. Disappointing.

I had the nachos bell grande. I threw up 6 hours later. I take full accountability and responsibility. I should have known this would happen before I ate their literal dog food. I hope you don’t throw up. Enjoy your meal.

My service was absolutely terrible! Me and my two friends went in to place a to go order first me and another girl were together and then another girl ordered alone we were refused our cups my friend got hers then we got my food and asked for cups she claimed ( an older lady) that we got our cups we didn’t. Then she gave us one we needed another one she had an attitude about that also. Finally we got our food made it outside and the order was wrong…. We took it in and they started at us like we were dumb and took 15 minutes to remake a flatbread…. Usually don’t have problems but the staff that were working tonight needs trained in costumer Service and how to read an order ticket…
