I showed up for a late night snack with my friends and was met with a rude tone of a girl. After finishing our order we were interrupted by a guy that said they no longer had nacho cheese to fulfill our order. We asked a simple question and he repeated it in slow motion as though we were dumb. Being met with despair we edited our order and continued on. Once at the window she opened it took our payment and then slammed it on us. After apologizing feeling as though I was in the wrong, she handed the first bag before closing the window and making a fellow coworker hand the second bag stating “I’m not doing it” felt very unwelcome and disrespected. The fries were cold and hard, the taco was overfilled beyond eatable, and there were no napkins, sauce or forks in the bag. Night Crew could definitely use some work and I would like to see better.

Night team is incompetent. Gave wrong order twice. when immediately confronted about it was threatened with a permanent ban from location. I personally believe that the staff is just slacking off and not paying attention to orders made what they give out

The drive through uses AI Had to repeat everything multiple times. It kept asking if I wanted sauce. If order was complete etc. Then asked if I wanted to round up total while I was already driving away. Food had hardly any flavor. Ordered the Crunch Wrap.
Stopped in and ordered from the kiosk. We eat a specific way and ordered 4 items that had add ons. Placed our order and noticed the very dirty kitchen and dining area. I couldn’t believe it! They were tossing trash over their shoulders as they prepared our food. There was food and garbage all over the floor. The counters were dirty as well as the stainless steel. There was food scraps covering the work/prep surfaces. And our food was horrible! Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and it had very little black beans and mostly gross tasting lettuce and crunchy taco plus a little sour tasting tomato. The bean burrito was super dry and any extra items must have been down in the bottom. I never finished it. My daughter (the sweet girl that she is) never told me until later that she had a long hair in her food! We spent a lot of money to customize our food. We do not recommend this location!! Not the greatest picture but you can see enough to know it’s pretty dirty

I had the nachos bell grande. I threw up 6 hours later. I take full accountability and responsibility. I should have known this would happen before I ate their literal dog food. I hope you don’t throw up. Enjoy your meal.
