The worst Wendy's in michigan which is ashame cause Wendy's has the best burgers. I've tried coming here soooo many times, only made it thru the drive thru once. I don't understand why they are soooo unbelievably slow. So slow actually, I don't understand how they're still in business. Thought out an entire day I doubt they serve more than 10-15 ppl max. Takes usually around 45+ minutes. Like I said, I made it thru once without leaving, still took like 20 minutes.

Went to the drive-up at Wendy's in Charlotte two cars ahead of me waited over 20 minutes to get two frosties not real happy don't know if I'll go back to that Wendy's it was 118 when I went through

Ordered online to eat in the dining room, but arrived to find it locked with a sign saying they're understaffed so the lobby is closed. Then waited 45 min in the drive thru to get cold burgers (probably made when we ordered) but fresh fries and nuggets. We stop here very rarely when passing thru, third bad experience in a row (and progressively worse). Skip this Wendy's!

Gave me the wrong food I asked for a hamburger and they gave a chicken sandwich which I don’t like if I pa $12 for a hamburger it should be a hamburger

Food is always good but every time I order the honey buddy biscuits we get extra of the butter on it and every single time they don't put extra.

We spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line to pick up an online order. When we got to the window we counted at least 4 people inside, so they were not short staffed. The guy at the window moved impossibly slow and didn't say a word to us the entire time. Got down the road and realized one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. Won't be coming back.

If i could give zero stars i would....Frosty machine was not cold had to come back. And then they were runny and told us we wpuls get discount when we came back and did not. Gave bf and I upset stomach and no place to review for. Charlotte mi store

Front counter worker has no business being the face of the business. Doesn't greet people with a Hello, doesn't say thank you for coming and moves at the rate of a sloth. 20 minutes to get a Dave's single with fries. I won't be back.
