Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Avoid if possible. So slow and didn’t read reviews before. We were in a hurry to get somewhere and it took us 20 minutes after we already ordered online. Once pulling up they said they never received my order and to just leave. Meanwhile I already paid through the app. They said they couldn’t make the food because they never received it. I asked to speak to the manger and she refused to speak to us. Got out of the vehicle and went inside where the lady had it placed on the counter and nobody said anything. Once inside it smelled like a combination of cigarettes and B.O. Worst Wendy’s ever.

I love this Wendy's, its the closet one by me now that everywhere else has closed. I will say that the prices are too high, but the remodel made this place look so much nicer

25 minutes in drive thru. Could have been the best food in the world and it wouldn’t mean shit compared to the wait. Guarantee complaints come in today from everyone else that was in line here.

The worst Wendy's in michigan which is ashame cause Wendy's has the best burgers. I've tried coming here soooo many times, only made it thru the drive thru once. I don't understand why they are soooo unbelievably slow. So slow actually, I don't understand how they're still in business. Thought out an entire day I doubt they serve more than 10-15 ppl max. Takes usually around 45+ minutes. Like I said, I made it thru once without leaving, still took like 20 minutes.

Went to the drive-up at Wendy's in Charlotte two cars ahead of me waited over 20 minutes to get two frosties not real happy don't know if I'll go back to that Wendy's it was 118 when I went through

Ordered online to eat in the dining room, but arrived to find it locked with a sign saying they're understaffed so the lobby is closed. Then waited 45 min in the drive thru to get cold burgers (probably made when we ordered) but fresh fries and nuggets. We stop here very rarely when passing thru, third bad experience in a row (and progressively worse). Skip this Wendy's!

Gave me the wrong food I asked for a hamburger and they gave a chicken sandwich which I don’t like if I pa $12 for a hamburger it should be a hamburger
