This place is never open. It closes at random times and sometimes never opens to begin with. When they are open the bagels are amazing, but they rarely are open. If you need bagels, don’t expect them to have any.

The hours are extremely inconsistent. One Sunday they’ll be open until noon, the next they are closing at 10. Never rely on the website for their hours of operation. Food is good (when you catch them open).

I had the craziest experience. I had asked for a hot chocolate and they said their machine was broken so I asked for a coffee instead. The person I was with also order a coffee. The lady gave us one cup and when we went to ask for another one that we PAID FOR. She freaked out and said “fine i’ll make the hot chocolate” and the proceeded to have us pay for it??? When I took a sip it tasted a little strange but it wasn’t worth fighting for so we left. After it had cooled down I realized it tasted nothing like hot chocolate. I took the lid off and smelt it and it was STRAIGHT CHEMICALS. I felt so horribly sick after. How could you serve that to someone. How could you give someone chemicals in a cup???

How does the toaster oven not work?? Bagel place with lazy employees.

I’m a long time customer but this place has gone downhill. Weird hours, often deviates from posted hours; lack of product; faulty equipment like no oven or pop machine down; once friendly staff has become complacent & withdrawn. I’m done with this place, hopefully it dies quickly so people no longer have to waste their time ?

Went in for a bagel, toasted with cream cheese, and the women who waited on me as extremely rude. After I placed my order, she stated they don't have a toaster. That's probably something you should have posted somewhere for customers to see. I stood in line and wasted my time. Had I known sooner, I would have chosen a different place.

Have been to this location twice in a row. Both time they didn't put sausage or bacon on any of the sandwiches, which I'm sure account for most of the cost. Won't be back here unfortunately.

the two blonde younger kids working today were honestly beyond rude, so unfriendly and as i was ordering i was getting ignored, not to mention when you come inside you don’t even get greeted. they said they’re short staffed but that’s no reason to be stuck up. both of them need there attitudes checked.

I come to this location often, I usually come first thing in the morning, I'm always able to get the bagels that I want and they are so fresh and sometimes still warm. The thing that is frustrating they never have muffins, they never have mini muffins they never have regular muffins even when you go first thing in the morning they're not out, then when you go later in the morning they still don't have any.

Time to close the door and lock it permanently. Coffee machine broke, no ice and no tomatoes for a bagel BLT. Tomatoes were replaced with 1/2 thick cucumbers and your long time employee is way too angry to be dealing with customers. Good luck with your failing business but, we are moving on.

Meh.... Not as good as they were, also every time, no matter what time or day, they are out of the most popular bagels. Soooo frustrating. Also, very pricey.
