We used to love BABs but this location on Garfield is always having some type of problem. They’re out of bagels or cream cheese or turkey or coffee. They’re always closing early or having staffing problems. Today we were told “sorry I can’t toast your bagel we close in an hour.” Everyone who works here is super nice but they’re unreliable like no other. They’re barely open for 5 hours a day. The hours are extremely inconsistent. One Sunday they’ll be open until noon, the next they are closing at 10. Never rely on the website for their hours of operation. Food is good (when you catch them open).
I come to this location often, I usually come first thing in the morning, I'm always able to get the bagels that I want and they are so fresh and sometimes still warm. The thing that is frustrating they never have muffins, they never have mini muffins they never have regular muffins even when you go first thing in the morning they're not out, then when you go later in the morning they still don't have any.
