Ordered online… got there and said they canceled my order. They had essentially no food. Employee said they never heard of their nuggets, didn’t have mashed potatoes, and offered only macaroni & cheese.

Ordered online at this location, just the other day, and when I got there they restaurant was closed. Not only did I not get my food I had to dispute the charge to my credit union to get my money back... I wouldn't recommend ordering here, as I have seen from another review, I think this location is closed.

What the heck happened to BM? The menu was meatloaf or chicken only. Sides were minimal at best. Signs saying "We're not closing the store, just supply issues."Last time we were there, the employees weren't getting paychecks. And shut the store down early.Not to mention the meatloaf, corn, and mashed potatoes tasted awful.Last time there.

Food came in a To go white heft box, chicken and Mac n cheese was very dry and sweet potatoes looked like baby food, will never go back. They need to shut this place down.

The meals we received were not the Boston market food.. it seems like they went out and bought from a local place like meijers or Kroger and are serving this.. I’m extremely disappointed..

Went there a week ago, all you could order was a chicken dinner or a meatloaf dinner I think that will be closing soon also the one on hall road a month ago had no bread to make a chicken sandwich. This is not good for them

Ordered a meal and the sandwich on chibatta, online. Had 2 meals delivered. If I wanted 2 meals I would have ordered that. Was told there was no bread. Had I known that I would have just gotten a different meal. I'm not very happy at all. Wasted my money on food I won't eat/didn't want. Reordered my food, with a different meal, then the store cancelled my order. Won't waste my time here again.
