I can't believe a reservation was even taken the same day that we were coming there. we get there the doors are locked and there's a sign saying this location has been permanently closed as of today! Absolutely insane! It was my birthday dinner with friends that I haven't seen in a while, even had my free birthday dessert and different coupons that have been sent to me which doesn't matter I would've came either way, but the same day! not even getting any type of email saying this location is closed,we need to cancel your reservation or switch it to another location...nothing zero so unprofessional???

Vanessa was very very accommodating, and friendly. Definitely One of the best servers I’ve had at a restaurant lately.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was horrible, half of the restaurant didn't have any heat, the food was subpar and it took tooooo long to be served. In fact, the waitress forgot to put my food order in! When I brought it to her attention, her excuse was they had to make the risotto from scratch and it takes a long time to prepare. This was unacceptable because there were 5 people in our party that ordered after me and they got their food! Then I asked for them to just put it in a carryout because all of the other members of our party had finished their meals. Then I get the food home and I was immediately disappointed because the meal that I paid for was NOT worth what they charged and it was missing the vegetables that was supposed to be with it. Will NOT return to this restaurant, big disappointment ?

Despite being NYE, the restaurant was not that busy. Our waitress was friendly but not efficient. Food took a very long time, was delivered barely warm and appeared to have been sitting for quite a bit. My husband asked for his to be warmed up and it took another 20 minutes or so for it to be returned. Not a good experience.

It was Christmas Day so we brought our patience w us. There a few menu choices unavailable and the bar was over worked, but our server Jillian was the sweetest, most kind, and knowledgeable server. She had alternative options available, keep bread coming for my kids, and was very attentive. It was a great experience for Christmas Dinner.

Absolutely no Christmas decor for Christmas day dinner- man at front desk checking in guests should get a different job. Not friendly and couldn't even come tell us our table was ready after 30 minutes waiting. Yes we had reservations. Took another 30 minutes to get our drink order to the table. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

We had a great family Christmas dinner here. The food was good, the service was good. I was very happy to have this option for Christmas dinner. The only disappointment was there were no cannolis for dessert.

I've had overall good experiences at Brio locations, and this didn't disappoint. Our server was friendly (maybe even a little too friendly at times), and our food was excellent. Noise was at a normal level and the restaurant was busy, but not crowded. Solid experience overall, and the Partridge Creek shopping complex was very pretty.

Our food all came out very late. Our appetizers came out after our appetizers came out after our main meal. Our meat was tough. This is not the same Brielle that I remember and I will probably never be back.

4 out of 8 ordered lasagna. Not one of us was satisfied. Maybe just a bad batch? It was very soupy and mostly cheese (almost like a liquid). My niece ordered a veggie rigatoni dish with no basil. She received a meat dish of something else. It was politely sent back. After waiting for the correct dish, she received a spaghetti dish with basil. She was too afraid to send it back again as we thought the third time might arrive with an unpleasant ingredient in it. We also had a negative experience the last time we were here but decided to give it another try. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Waitress forgot the $6 side salad I ordered and didn't even think about it until hours later. Otherwise food was good. The waitress seemed to have 2 many tables, had to ask for more bread and more water.

Food was phenomenal! Service was great! Kitchen was SLOW, really SLOW! There are two reasons we went to BRIO! Number One: Great Food (but ridiculously small portions) Number Two: We had a coupon sent to my email for spend $40.00 get $20.00 off. As much as we wanted to enjoy a glass of wine with our dinner, we did not. Sorry, Brio's prices for a glass of wine are absolutely ridiculous! It is cheaper to go to Mr. Paul's, The Brewery, even Louis Chop House where you get a great pour on the wine and a large portion! Brio's NYS is $10.00 more than The Brewery that has the best Steaks in the area! I had a bowl of spaghetti for $18.99 with a $4.00 cup of coffee! ABSURD PRICES! Will go back again when another coupon comes in the email and not until then!

My husband and I love going to Brio at Partridge Creek. The food and atmosphere are always great! The last time we were there, our waiter (I think his name was Don or Donny) was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we wanted to try something new and had lots of questions. While there has been lots of changes going on throughout the mall over the years, it’s nice that Brio has remained a staple we can count on when we are out that way!
