Absolutely the worst wings that I've ever had. We picked up around 4:00 and it was like they were made for the lunch crowd. We got lemon pepper dry rub. That didn't even stick to the dry skin it was all at the bottom of the container. Orange chicken wings that were way over spice because of the black pepper same thing with the garlic parmesan. Old and dry.

This particular Bdubs is the only one my wife and I will go to. It is excellent every time, unlike other locations we have tried in the past. The bartender Nikki is very attentive and works very hard to make sure everyone around here is well taken care of.

We got there, thought it was gunna take forever to be seated but we got seated instantly, our food was amazing and our server was amazing too. She helped with everything we needed and had a very good sense of humor.

The food was very good. I’ve been here a dozen times with my friend and we’ve had the same waitress the last few times and she’s not very good. She’s not very good in sure she would be better back if house. I’m glade we got the food it was very very quick. But a man started yelling we are closing. Then at 11 she wouldn’t let me get a scoop of ice cream even though I had a birthday thing. I would come back but not sit with her. Good bar tenders.

We've dined in here once it was fine whatever. Last night decided to order somthing and go pick it up. Wrong decision and will probably never pick up an order again from here the quality from in store vs carryout is awful. We live 7 minutes away so not far at all which makes for about 14 minutes of car time which your stuff should still be at the very least warm, nope got home and every single item we got was damn near ice cold. Paid $7 for 4 small onion rings and a couple bits and pieces. The sides that came with the entrees were so god awful small compared to if you sat in and ate there. Very disappointing and very much a rip off for pickup orders restaurants need to do better it is such highway robbery to skimp so bad on carryout orders like that. Also they had forgotten part of our order and didn't get the drink we paid for either. Best part was the side of carrots and celery 😒

I've been here before and it's generally what you would expect. The food is still what you would expect. But it's gone so far downhill. There was no wait staff checking in or refilling drinks. The bill was dropped off at the table but was never picked up. I finally gave up and went up to the counter so I could pay and leave. We had no attention at all from our waitress the entire meal. A terrible experience.

All I can say is this was such a aggravating experience for nearly nothing. I came in to pick up my Togo order that I placed online and paid for online. I checked my bag to make sure everything I needed was in the bag. I then realized that I only had 1 ranch (for 20 pieces of chicken). When I placed my order I thought I clicked for the right amount of ranch and an extra lemon pepper seasoning. However, the young man quickly explained that he did not see that on the receipt…. That’s it lol no solution just that he didn’t see it on the receipt. So I asked okay well could I get a side of lemon pepper and an extra ranch it’s quite a few wings for 1 sauce. He grabbed a ranch and said he would have to grab his manager about the lemon pepper which was wayyyyyy too much I feel. Grabbing a manger for LEMON PEPPER? It’s actually laughable. Anywho, the manager comes to the front and says “you have a question about lemon pepper?” There is no question lol I just wanted a side and I explained that to her. She then said she would check the receipt (AGAIN) and she didn’t see it and THEN said let me check the computer this is now the 3rd attempt to check my order for a LEMON PEPPER. She didn’t see it and notified me of that and said well do you want to pay for it? I asked her how much and she said 60 cents. I paid the 60 cents and went on my way. The point of this review is to say I shouldn’t have had to talk to two people and stand there for over 5 minutes over lemon pepper. Charging me is not an issue but it could’ve been said wayyyyy at the beginning instead of constantly checking the same order 3 times and wasting all of our time. And to add the manager on duty (1/13/25 around 5:30PM) was a bit snippy and I did not care for her attitude or customer service. Moral of the story is this was a silly experience and I definitely won’t be back to this location. Also it’s clear that the manager needs more duties because she has so much time on her hands.

The amount of food vs price is definitely not worth it. You'd have a better time going to coney island and getting appetizer wings. Never again will I waste my time with Buffalo wild wings.
