Stop here quite a bit in the morning, and they are always fast & consistent. So consistent in fact, my 2 different sandwiches are always stacked in the same order in the bag. Not to mention, not sure there’s another fast food chain where you can get two full breakfast sandwiches (your choice of meat with egg & cheese) for $5.

Stopped here for lunch while working on the road. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile by a nice young lady. Food came up hot and fresh, the service was fast and wonderful. Highly recommended location and I eat on the road almost everyday!!!

By far the worst BK in existence they really need to get some new management. They always mess up your order, there’s always something missing. You’re lucky if your food is actually done “your way” no it’s done their way. Place is absolutely atrocious with service, like they need to be studied by scientists.

Had a quick stop for breakfast while taking my daughter to a surgery center. We wanted to get some food because we knew we would be there for a while. Time being a big factor we choose burger king. Ordered in the drive through, $24 and some change for a few breakfast sandwiches and some hash browns. They told us to pull forward and wait it was at 730ish am and had to be to Southfield by 825. Time not on our side I made to just take off when they brought it out. Got to 696 and wife checked bag and only had 1 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered and paid for. I knew we could not go back so I told my wife to call. The most frustrating part there phone has been disabled all day. My daughter is in recovery and it's afternoon and still no way to contact them. Waste of money, and can't understand why a business does not have a working number.
TLDR: shorted items we paid for, and no way to contact them. Without returning. Unacceptable.

Definitely one of the worst locations, came here for breakfast there was nobody behind me there was one person in front of me, they told me to pull forward I literally got a sausage sandwich a three-piece French and four piece French toast sticks. so I pull forward like she told me to do and proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes goes by there’s still not one car behind me I am the only one there and after 15 minutes I park my car and go inside confused as to why I’m coming in looking for my food and they told me oh my ticket must’ve gotten lost! Lost where? I’m the only one here you have no other customers I’m just sitting right in front of your restaurant waiting for you to bring the food out that you told me to wait for and then you never brought it out no apology not how can I rectify this for you nothing! I will not be back to this location

I ordered an 8pcs mozzarella cheese sticks and a medium onion ring. On July 18, 2025 @3:07pm. At Burger King on Groesbeck Hwy at 15 mile Road. It took 7 mins to get my order. While waiting the cashier asked the cook about my cheese sticks and he and they manager who were both playing around responded don't rush us. The cashier was very polite. When I got home minutes away the onion rings were cold and the cheese sticks had no cheese inside only the outer shell. Disgrace, will NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM. And we wonder why Burger King is closing its rrestaurants.i was going to take it back but my husband said it wasn't worth the gas. And they would not answer the phone when I tried to call.

Did not receive what I paid for. Ordered a fiery wrap, add bacon, cheese, Onion and pickle and got none of that on there and just a plain ass wrap. When I tried to call the restaurant, I could hear people speaking on the other end in the background, but no one actually spoke to me on the phone bunch of bullshit. So basically, my issue has not been resolved
Chicken sandwich with soggy onion rings were unbelievably hard and burnt. Can you please focus on making the food a little more fresher!

My burger tasted like it had chemicals in it then after I took 2 bites I was burping what tasted like bleach for the rest of the night my fries were hot and ok but they were only 1/4 of the way full maybe 10 fries in a medium

The only real issues with this Burger King is it is in fact a Burger King so you expect a certain level of fast foodness at a fast food place. It looks and feels like a fast food place. The workers are all super friendly and they do their best to help each and every customer. And that's all you can really ask for
