I would give this Burger King Zero stars if I could. The manager at this Burger Kings name is Liz. She does not care about the "franchise" at all. Went through the drive through for my children at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Not one car in the drivethru and I ordered my food, went to the window where the young lady took my card, charged my card then gave it back to me with no receipt, requested I "pull up" so that they could bring the food out to me. (to avoid a wait time on their part) I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with NO ONE in the restaurant to get all my food completely incorrect. Paid for a $10 sandwich that was never in the bag. And the manager has no other person that is "higher" than her to talk too. Every worker just laughs at the fact that they cant do their job and their manager Liz (if that's her name) Does not care about the business. Complete trash of a "franchise". Food incorrect, service awful, impolite, don't answer the phone. Completely avoid this BK at all cost.

Edit 8 31 2024 They had the nerve to serve me 2 double cheeseburgers with no cheese and no condiments. Y'all need to be defunded cause that's just unacceptable.
This is what happens when you have trashy dirty lazy incompetent employees making food. The food becomes trash garbage.

I'm sick of them asking me to pull forward so that they can leave me sitting forever. I dont even see the point. They ask every car to pull forward and bring the food out to everyone. I don't get the point. There wasn't even anybody behind me, but 2 cars ahead of me that were pulled forward to wait also. It doesn't seem efficient when the window person is walking each order out when it's done. And it's raining. Why do they want to walk my food through the rain? And when they did bring the food out, they informed me the fanta was out, so they took it upon themselves to replace it with lemonade. That is not what I would've chosen. And to top it off, they got my order wrong and didn't give me my pie. Oh, and the fries were cold.

This place is the worst! I arrived in the drive thru at 10:20 pm sat at the sign for 15 mins, then was told to pull forward. Got to the window and sat another 5, then was told to pull forward and they would bring the orders out...I sat another 10-15. So rude, no apology no nothing! If that food was for me I would not have waited so long...it was 2 orders for door dash...thanks burger king for dropping my on time rating from perfect!! You suck!
