This restaurant needs to provide extensive training for their employees. The service was absolutely terrible on the evening that I ordered food there. The wait for my order was extremely long and the employees didn't offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience nor did they apologize. I will never go back to this Burger King again & I definitely wouldn't pay these employees $15 a hour!

This is NOT CULVERS I shouldn’t be pulling up only to pay and be told to pull up and wait upwards of 10 minutes. There was no one waiting before or after me! It’s fast food not take your sweet ass time food. They took over 10 minutes to bring out a chicken wrap, fries, and a VALUE BURGER. Even if they had to make it fresh it shouldn’t have taken that long. This place needs to be shut down or they need to hire all new people or more people. I was in the middle of doordashing and thought I could stop for something quick and the lady didn’t even let me know it was going to get a long wait. It’s a pure waste of time. Do not go here.

The girl at the window was very rude when I asked why the stuff I asked for wasn’t on my recipe she started yelling in a rude tone and her manager didn’t say anything to her??? I work for fast food so there should be no reason to treat someone with tht disrespect when u pay to eat there and they always GET MY FOOD WRONG!!!!!!! Never go here

Went here for the last time last night, this place used to be decent back in the day. Now, it’s pathetic. The past 3 times I’ve had to pull up to get my food, there were no people in front of me who had to do the same thing. Fast food?! Last night I pulled in the drive thru. Ready to place my order and got delayed. No one is there in front of me or at the second window. Ordered (2) 8 piece chicken fries, a hamburger, and a large Coke. They got the Coke right- yippee. Chicken fries were hard as a rock when they had the opportunity to make it fresh and they screwed it up, then my hamburger wasn’t even a hamburger at all. Looks like 2 cinnamon rolls as patties between the buns. They had time to make it fresh and correct and failed miserably- totally unacceptable. The owner and or management needs to change or just face the wrecking ball. It’s that bad. I’ll go out of my way to other BKs. They’ll be around, this one will be shuttered shortly as it should be.

Says open till midnight got there at 11:20pm and every light was on and sign but no sign of human life. When your on a 30min break from work and you go to a place that's supposed to be open and they are not you don't get to eat food.
