Make sure you check your order before you leave the window. If you can't get the order correct you shouldn't be getting paid what you do now.

I used the drive thru, my sandwich was a mess, stuck to the wrapper. Hashbrowns were cold.

In the drive thru. Paid for the order and received my food. Couldn't leave because the workers told the two cars ahead of me to just stay in line instead of pulling to a side parking space. So I had to wait 10 minutes to leave with food I already received because they wouldn't move cars. My food is getting cold thanks so little. Poor service.

As I pulled into the drive-through waited, approximately five minutes, repeated three times hello ,heard nothing ,which it is noted that their speaker system is very low volume so I pulled around to the window. There was one vehicle ahead of me when that vehicle left. I pulled to the window. Two people went back-and-forth away from the window and back into the window, never acknowledged me And I made my presence clear explained to the girl that I said hello three times with no response. She stated that she did tell me that it would be a minute. I told her I did not hear her. Her comment was “oh well”and she never looked at me never responded anymore until she stated we do not take orders at the drive-through window, at that point. I left .The service There is awful lately . every time I’ve been there lately after you pay they make you pull up and wait even though there’s no vehicles behind you and then it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get your order and a lot of times it’s wrong and then you have to wait again. The only reason I go there is because I prefer Burger King over the rest. Wendy’s directly next-door that’s where I’ll go apparently as far as ownership never responds or no contact is ever made when a complaint is called in .You would think after all of the negative reviews, I have read that something would change as an owner, You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this to happen to such a brand name.

This restaurant needs to provide extensive training for their employees. The service was absolutely terrible on the evening that I ordered food there. The wait for my order was extremely long and the employees didn't offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience nor did they apologize. I will never go back to this Burger King again & I definitely wouldn't pay these employees $15 a hour!
