Okay, I get it. It's fast food. But does that mean staff can't take a little pride in where they work? Or be welcoming?Let's start with atmosphere. The place looks a dirty wreck. Not clean, and just dingy. The register person was clearly new and being trained, only she didn't show the slightest interest in saying hello, goodbye, or responding to anything I said.They also got my order wrong, but by then, I didn't care. I just wanted out.Avoid this location. There are others. Or maybe it was just a reason for me to avoid fast food, even as a treat after months of not eating it.

Ordered 4/3/24 at 7:44 pm. This review won’t really matter because this place needs to be condemned. Ordered 2 bacon doubles plain and a small fries. Nobody in line and 3 people working. Waited 20 minutes and the order wasn’t what I ordered. Had to go inside and he corrected it and still forgot the fries. Started eating the burgers and then had ketchup. Why why why? This seems to be the BK standard. I recommend you never go here. It’s terrible.

Fries were cold. Chicken nuggets were over cooked and not much chicken to them. Onion rings were good but not hot and a bit dry. Cheesy tots were good. Hamburger was okay.

Tired of paying extra for cheese on my whoppers when they never put it on, apparently they never got the memo to move ppl ahead that are waiting for their food so they can keep the line moving.

This poor manager needs a new store.Every time I come in here it seems like something's going wrong and it's not her fault.I don't know why they don't build a new Burger King across the street where it would get more business.

Deplorable service AFter wating fir a little while, the manager cm outing a threatening I g fiirmat. We indicate we were waiting to irdet. He still continued ride. Then walked back inside, and after an additional wit, the finally took our irdet. SIMPLE AS IT WAS. I recommend the manager if it was him be fired. We were in mo hurry, yet the locatiodelzy earned us am ignorant talk to. And they did not explain the reason for the delay. We really were not in a hurry . Yet they were mot in Customer Service mentality.More of a threat mode
