As soon as I walked in the door, there was no sign. Indicating weight to be Seated I waited at the door No one acknowledged.I had entered the restaurant so I Seated Myself After 30 minutes of having every waiter, pass me, the cooks in the kitchen.Look at me, no one said hi. No one indicated I was even in the restaurant
As I was getting up to leave, one of the waitresses came up and asked if I was dining in. Then, Proceeded to wait on me. I was not happy at all. The food was awful. The whole place was dark and nasty. The tables were not wiped down. The floor was not cleaned. I went to the restaurant next door to use the bathroom.
Recommend going to Little Caesars jet's pizza Domino's Pizza. Going to your local grocery store and picking up a frozen pizza would be better than eating this garbage.

We are usually frequent flyers of Somerset but chose to come to Partridge to see our old favorite General Manager Patricia. This was our first time visiting the Partridge Creek location and it did not disappoint. The location is beautiful, friendly staff, great food, and a wonderful visit overall, we will be back to this location in the future. Please keep Patricia around as she is one of a kind with the service she brings to your paying customers. We love CPk.

Was told I’d be waiting ā€œ10ā€ minutes for my ONE food item…took 30 to flag someone down to ask about my food two people told me two different times it’s almost out. Then I hear them say ā€œsomeone put the wrong nameā€ so obviously they messed up. Now I have what another 30 minutes wait for some pasta..? Not worth the hour and a half wait at all.

This place was great. We showed up at 6:30 PM on a Saturday. The restaurant was not busy, but in order to get us a nice table out of the way (we had two little kids) and a party of six we were asked to wait a few minutes.

Once we were seated our server (can't remember his name) was prompt and courteous. Drink refills happened as needed. The only downside was he was at the table three times and had forgotten to bring lemon for the water... no big deal, it still happened, just less than expectation. I expected the lemon would come with the water, not five minutes later.

The waiter then came back to us before the food came out saying that the food would be coming out very erratically as some scheduling mishap happened in the kitchen. The restaurant was very apologetic and offered two provide us two free desserts because of the way the food was coming out. To be honest, I might have noticed that all of the food was not delivered together, but I wouldn't have made a big deal out of it. I told him that was perfectly fine and I appreciated his offer. Then the manager came over to our table to apologize and reiterate the offer for a couple of free desserts. Again, I thought this was exceptional customer service. I did not have to complain. The restaurant itself identified an issue, owned the problem, apologized, and offered compensation. As a customer, there is nothing more that I could have asked for.

The food itself was good. I have no complaints, it was as expected. We all loved our food. The butter cake is no joke... I hate traditional cake, I don't even eat birthday cake... but this is a warm and rich masterpiece... when they say "trust us, just try it" I can second that statement.

The price is what it is... nowadays everything costs more than it's worth... thankfully, the price wasn't too crazy though... I think the cost of the meal with soda, for six was $110. Not too bad!

I highly recommend this CPK and the staff there. The staff exceeded my expectations and provided a great atmosphere and experience. The food is good, if you have never eaten pizza here it is a European style crust, wood pizza oven type... not like Detroit style or thick crust...

Other than that, try it out for yourself. Great place to eat and spend time with the family or on a date!

I came in with my friends for a birthday dinner and the service was exceptional. The Manager came to ask us how our food was and gave us a free dessert for the next time. We will be back, beautiful location.

Food was alright, being very generous. Probably one of the most mid pizzas I’ve ever had. There was no cheese on 2 whole slices of my pizza. Also asked for the bread for a starter & they said they were out of it? Ordered a soup expecting it to come before my main meal of pasta & it came after my pasta so I didn’t even want it. (Still paid for it). Seemed under staffed so I tried to cut them some slack, but no excuse to have an attitude with customers. Did not get checked on by waitress once, had to flag someone down most of the time we needed something such as ordering our food & getting the bill. Most disturbing thing was the restroom that I needed to use but chose to not because the only stall that was open would not lock & there was dirty feminine products on the ground. Will not be coming back here

I don’t generally leave too many reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. We had a very busy day and stopped in to have a bite to eat and relax a little before driving home… from the moment we got there our server was absolutely amazing! I’m not a huge pizza person, but the server made our trip worth it. She was a young girl with blue hair.. I believe her name started with a K. It was very heartwarming to see a young kid with such a great work ethic… and she was always polite and professional.. I’m not sure what was going on, but while we were there a young man came out of the kitchen and sat with a couple close by us and we overheard them talking about getting the poor girl in trouble. It’s been on my mind since it happened, and I really hope their little scheme didn’t work because she was nothing short of amazing. It’s rare to find good service these days, but that kid is going places!

Came in on a Sunday, June 30th. Place was really, really, dead for a Sunday afternoon, imo. I counted about 7 tables being served in the whole place, give or take. That's not including the bar. It took way too long to wait for 3 pizza's. I'd say we waited for 40 minutes for our pizza. If the cook would stop talking so much, he'd get his job done efficiently. Complimentary bread wasn't even ready. We waited so long for bread that I had forgotten about it. If the waiter didn't come back to the table to remind me for the second time that bread was STILL being cooked, I wouldn't have remembered. I try to give this place a chance but I always compare it to Sommerset. This location is mid "at best." I come here once maybe twice a summer. Won't be back
