Fantastic experience led by Patricia, Jose and Rod. We were a 45 person party for a toddler birthday party and everything was smooth, food was perfect, service was above and beyond. My family and friends had an awesome experience and will definitely be back again

Sat down immediately, server took our order and brought bread quickly. Ordered one pizza took almost 40 minutes, when it came it wasn’t even hot. Then ordered Build your own Sundae, which comes with hot fudge, there was no hot fudge. Asked the server where the hot fudge was she said let me check with the kitchen, came back with a cup of caramel sauce. I was dumbfounded, I said this is caramel sauce, she seemed confused. Went back to the kitchen and came back and said “the cook said we’re out of hot fudge so he sent caramel sauce instead and didn’t tell me” she apologized and walked away. We paid $9.99 for 2 scoops of ice cream. Never offered to take it off the bill or anything. This CPK has gone down hill so quick.

I went into California Pizza Kitchen today with a friend at the Partridge Creek location and it took an hour for someone to come to our table to just get us waters. It was only that someone came to our table after we went up to the hostess stand and informed them that we had been sitting there for an hour with no one coming over. There was no apology for this and our experience was extremely negative due to this not being acknowledged as a problem. The food was okay, but the service was completely terrible. Safe to say I will not be returning.

I went to this Restaurant & the food was amazing. Patricia the owner is a very cool person. She knows how to get you right. This place gets a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star from me & I will be returning soon.

Amazing service!! Super clean, friendly, great food. 10/10

Extremely overpriced. Got one pizza and 2 chicken alfredos. both were okay but very bland. Total came out to be $60.

Definitely not what it used to be. Pizza looks and tastes like something from the freezer. My Italian Chop Salad was average. Salad dressing was a bit much. Not likely going back any time soon.

Came for lunch with my kid. Pretty disappointed the prices were so high. I ended up getting my kid a kids meal and myself a water since I couldnt justify spending over $20 for an entree for lunch. The kids pizza was maybe 10 inches with 5 inches of crust. My 3 year old left still hungry, kind of ridiculous to be honest. Definitely will not come back until something drastic changes.

Good pizza, but the service ruined the experience. We felt rushed the entire time, and the waiter kept interrupting us while we were talking or even eating. He asked is we need a box a few times even tho I was clearly still working on my meal and it was only 8:30pm.. the restaurant is open till 9. Definitely not a place to relax and enjoy your meal.

They were slammed today, and everyone was working so hard. Especially the manager, she was serving, expoing, bartending. She was insane to watch. It doesn’t go unnoticed!!

The server was kind but what a massive disappointment from the value for the price. $21 plus tax for 6, thin slices of pizza. My husband and I shared it and were still hungry from the small portion size. Got upside down cheesecake for my son, taste was good but again, for $13, not a great value for a square and some berries.
