They need to just shut this location down. Gone twice and was turned away because they didn’t have staff. Finally went yesterday. Literally everything we wanted was unavailable and what we did order had missing items. So not only did we not eat what we wanted , what we ordered was cooked wrong. Here’s a list of things that were out of stock. Cherries for drinks, avocados, pineapple (they bought out our Hawaiian pizza without pineapple lol never told us) syrup for an old fashioned, eggs rolls, the wedges and more. Let’s not talk about how long we waited to get served. Ugh . Our family can’t always go out to eat and we were finally able to and were so disappointed . Also while we were there these 4 teen boys would walk in and just sit with young girls and refuse to leave them alone. They did it twice the hr we were there and staff did nothing about it.

I ordered a carryout of nine pizzas and four Asian crunch salads. I called The restaurant to place the order and unannounced to me, was talking to somebody at Central ordering. I called at 10:45 in the morning. The scheduler told me that Spoke to The and they couldn’t have the order ready until 12 noon. Our office eat lunch at noon so that put us in a bit of a predicament. The manager from the restaurant called me on my phone with no caller ID and was going to tell me that the lady was way off the restaurant was not busy and I could’ve gotten the pizzas at 11:30 so I could’ve been in time for my 12 o’clock meeting with my doctors offices. I showed up to the restaurant 40 minutes early checked in with them is when they told me he told me he’d have the pieces ready in 15 minutes and I still walked out of there at 12 noon. And I’ve got to tell you I just ate some of the pizza is quite possibly the driest most lackluster pizza I have eaten in years California pizza kitchen used to have the best pizza ever. These pizzas were so dry and so Need of sauce that once they got cold, they were even worse like leather. So sorry because I used to love you guys but obviously you’ve definitely are not the pizza king that used to be.

Visited 03/01/24 specifically for the Avacado Club Egg Roll, they were out. No draft beer, system not working. Ordered other apps, drinks, pizza, no silverware. We were given plastic ware. The server was very apologetic and attentive. No fault of any of this was hers. Did not receive the promotional card that was advertised. CPK you are slipping. With so many other restaurants what would entice me to return?

It’s a CPK. Just make sure you come in early. Came in at 8. Celebrating a late vday with my daughter. Place closes at 10. Felt like that would be ok. Felt rushed to order and a lot of items were already broken down for the night even though it was 8 on a Friday night. Server was kind and attentive. Manager rolled his eyes when he said “same table? Table 41” so I definitely felt unwelcome because I was table 41. Probably won’t come back just based on that but server was still cool.Kid-friendliness: Cheese pizza

i walked in and asked what the wait time is, then i went to the car to check other options. we decided to call the restaurant and a nice lady put our name on the wait list. we waited 25 minutes in the car and walked back in. this man at the host stand (he looked like a host or manager) was a complete jerk to me when i was nothing but nice. i explained to him that i talked to a lady on the phone and she put my name on the list. he kept saying we don’t do over the phone reservations and acted like i was crazy and that it’s my problem, when one of their employees did put my name on the list over the phone. and im a waitress i understand things get messed up occasionally. that’s fine mistakes happen but he was very rude and didn’t listen to me. he kept saying “fun fact you should’ve put your name down the first time u came in”. lol obviously. well fun fact, usually when a restaurant makes a mistake like that they apologize for the inconvenience, instead of acting like you want to fight. he doesn’t seem like he can handle a customer service job. i’m surprised he gets away with talking to people like that. so we just left because that guy was mean to me for their mistake.

The Kitty Catfe was doing a fundraiser here on 1/17/24 for all carry out & dine in so my husband & I decided to pick up some carry out! We ordered online & it was ready when promised which is always a huge plus. The restaurant was clean & the carry out worker was friendly & helpful. When we got home & unpacked our food, the few modifications we made were correct! Both pastas were delicious & we ordered strawberry mango coolers which were pretty good as well. I saw that they may be doing this fundraiser once a month so we will definitely be ordering again!

Just picked up 1 pizza and an order of avocado egg rolls…. So disappointing. We have always loved this place. The pizza was like cardboard… and it was their specialty bbq chicken pizza. They are slipping. Quality horrible. 40 dollars wasted. We will not be back. We would have had a better meal putting a frozen pizza in the oven.

We had to ask for bread and butter 4 times until it came. They also forgot our pizza and when we asked about it they said it had a “hole in it” and it would be out in a few minutes and the pizza never came. The bathroom is also very small and hard to move in the workers are also very rude and side eyed us and gave us dirty looks for asking for bread. The food was also very dry. We will not be coming back here.

It was just okay honestly. Most of my complaints revolve around the restaurant atmosphere.First the good. It's a family place surround by high end eats and bars. So in a pinch with kids it's a safe bet. I don't have any kids but that's the vibe I get from it. Also the food wasn't bad but definetly stick to the pizza.The bad. In a nut shell I felt like I was eating at a slightly better Applebee's. They seated me in a larger booth in the corner and the wood beside us was caked in dust so much so that the person I was with commented on it as well. Its a fine place to eat in a pinch but personally with all the other options around and in that mall I think I will not be back.

The food service and atmosphere was horrible. My first and last time visiting. The chicken ricotta was awful the chicken was hard and rubbery. The shrimp scampi wasn't great it had more Zucchini in it then anything else. They left the tail's on the shrimp. The waitress took our order and wasn't seen after that. After we ate what we could we flagged her down for the bill. Never got the bill. After 20 minutes I walked up to the counter and ask to pay my bill. I paid and left I would never visited again. Not worth my time or hard earn money.

Ordered takeout from CPK and hadn't been in several years. We ordered the garlic cream fettuccine with chicken and Caesar salad. Both were good. I really enjoyed the garlic cream fettuccine. It's similar to Alfredo, but even lighter. We'd order more often, but I just feel like it's overpriced in comparison to what you get and some other places we frequent.
